I called Coast to Coast for an estimate for a new unit because previous A/C company told me my unit was not repairable and I needed a whole new unit at a pretty high figure. TJ the technician after doing some checks advised me that all it needed was a new fan motor. He was honest and thorough and pleasantly gave me all my options and went out of his way to give me the best pricing options and he restored cooling immediately by installing a temporary motor. I found this company to be exceptionally honest and of the highest integrity. I wholeheartedly recommend this company as you will not get better service or pricing anywhere else.(I checked) As a caveat, because of its age, me and my wife after all decided to replace the unit with a newer more energy efficient one. I got a great price after several similar estimates and the installation went flawlessly. A great company and a credit to the industry.

The excellent reviews prompted me to call this vendor. I was pleasantly surprised by the courtesy and friendliness of my phone call with this company. I was no less impressed with the technician who came to my home. I called after 5 p.m. one day, and before noon the next day the service technician arrived. He seemed genuinely interested and knowledgeable. We tweaked my AC presently, but not long from now, I will need to replace my heat pump and air handler, at which time I will call with confidence Coast to Coast Heating & Air.

We have been customers for several years. Peter provides excellent service in a timely manner with proficiency, even when we have had to call after hours. We also have a service contract with him which makes it easy to plan for regular service as well as the ease of mind when repairs are needed. Their recent move to computerized records and text information regarding "en route" status is welcome too. Peter is one of the few that still has integrity and wants to complete the job correctly. We have been using Coast to Coast for years and have a service contract with them. We have never had a compliant about their service. The workers are all friendly, knowledgeable and HONEST. When we had AC problem the other day 4PM they responded within an hour and not only fixed the minor problem but took the time to do the 6 month service checkup which we were do for. I had an issue with my air conditioning. Notified them around 9:00 am and they showed up at 11:45 am as promised. The technician resolved the issue. It was really a fault with how the thermostat was installed. If Coast to Coast had installed the system, there probably would not have been an issue. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and thoroughly. He explained details about my system. Glad I called Coast to Coast Heating & Air.
