While the message "In communication with customer" is true, as they have communicated through their attorney that they are looking into it, there have been no substantive
developments or progress, aside from the statements from the attorney that he is looking into it
I am attaching that e-mail conversation with the attorneys for Cointerra, as reference
I will be happy to close this matter when it has been resolved

I, Albert G*** decided to invest in the Bitcoin business as an investmentI invested $with Coin Terra and $with Butterfly LabsAfcester Bitcoin got such negative press the prices fellAt the same timfor almost e I received the call to Ministry so I had to abandon my plans as a Bitcoin investor I explained my situation to John and Laura at Coin Terra and they understood and said that I could get my money back as a refundAs time went on for almost a year I thought that I would never see my money again; but the team at Coin Terra would e-mail me to remind me that they definitely would refund my moneyTruthfully, I doubted them and thought that they were just stringing me along until about a week ago (11/02/2014) I got an e-mail again from the team telling me that my refund was being FedExed to me on 11/07/2014, just hours ago I deposited the check, Now I know the some companies like Coin Terra can be trusted to deliver as they promise, God's Blessings

I am rejecting this response because:Here we are in August and I am still having problems with CoinTerra and their equipment I purchased three miners from them and all three of them have had to be replaced
Just recently I sent back two miners to have them replaced and both were broken upon arrival One of them over 3-days managed to fix itself while the other one is still broken The first miner they replaced just 2-weeks prior to me sending the other two in is now broken and needing to be replaced A week ago on July 24th I let the company know their miner was sent broken and to this day it is still sitting here broken How many days needs to pass before a company fixes their broken equipment?! In fact, how many replacement miners should a customer be given before a company does the RIGHT thing and just refunds their customers money back instead of acting like a bunch of criminals and continuously sending out broken equipment I have asked for a refund several times and every time I do this fraudulent company wants to stop all communication and leave you with broken equipment when you tell them you are getting a lawyer Why?! Because they know they are building fraudulent equipment and scamming their customers The Revdex.com should heavily inquire about this company and put them out of front street

I am rejecting this response because:
The company offered to sell me another unit for $for my troubles that I've had I purchased the unit with the assumption I would be receiving a new unit
The unit they shipped to me was a "reworked" board and had been previously used CoinTerra also made the agreement when I shipped a defective unit back, they would send a replacement as soon as UPS showed my unit was picked up by them The unit was picked up July 7th and CoinTerra has yet to ship out my replacement unit as they promised, so here again I am losing more mining time due to their negligence I now also have the second of three units that I've purchased from them acting up There equipment seems to be faulty since out of units are not working properly I've sent emails to them for the last several days again with no response!!!

My refund
was finally processedNot very business like as it was just a handwritten check placed into a fedex envelope.
But the refund took over days
The important thing was the refund was processedWaiting on check to clear my bank
