Thank you for your letter of Wednesday, March 12, in relation to the above issueWe have investigated this matter and found the following
This customer first contacted us by email on 03/07/
Due to a higher than volume of customer requests and a temporary shortage of support staff, we were not able to address this issue until Monday, 03/17/
At that time, our support team called the customer and walked him through a troubleshooting process where we were able to determine that his unit was faulty and we issued a Return Merchandise Authorization and emailed the customer a UPS label to return the unit to our production facility
We received the unit on 03/18/and shipped out a replacement unit today, 03/19/which should be with the customer by the end of day tomorrow, 03/20/
CoinTerra is dedicated to providing a high standard of customer service and responsivenes, and we are making continuing efforts to improve in these areas

But this time around support is there trying to make it...

better.  
This coin terra machine I paid $6122.00 for 8 months ago is still not running properly.  Cointerra did issue a RMA for me to ship back the underperforming machine.  I have received a replacement machine.  But it's not working properly from the very first time I try to run it.  here's the latest email I just sent to Cointerra support:
Hi, I did receive a prompt call back from support. I was instructed to open the casing and check to see if the Ethernet cable fall out between transit.  Now that I finally got the right tool to remove the casing to find all cables are intact.  
Did anyone check to see if this terra miner was working before shipping it to me?
Come on... this is not right.  8 months now, and I have not even mined .5 bit coins from this coin terra experience.  
Can I get a working machine please...??  
now what to do?

Refund has been wired.

We RMAed 3 units for this customer after the customer informed us of problems with the units on the day his warranty expired. The customer states that one of these is still not working. We were willing to RMA this unit but the customer did not provide any of the the appropriate identifying or diagnostic information. We have honored the terms of the warranty and see no other available solutions.
