Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I have been "in the refund queue" since June.  I have requested more detail, but have received no evidence that such a queue results in any expectation of payment.

On January 28th, before shipping the first batch of TerraMiners, we posted a Production Update on the CoinTerra website (also sent by email to customers and mailing list subscribers), notifying all of our customers of the final shipping specifications of the TerraMiner IV.
In this...

posting, we offered our customers two options: customers wishing to accept their orders at the final specification would receive a 15% discount on a future purchase, and customers not wishing to accept their orders at the final specification could request a full refund prior to shipping.
We received no request for a refund from this customer and so their order was shipped.
http://cointerra.com/update-production-news-janfeb-batch-customer-offer
At the time this customer placed their order the TerraMiner was covered by a 90 day warranty, described in the Consumer Sales Agreement accepted by the customer when placing their order. According to the customer, their unit experienced a problem “95 days after delivery.” We are unable to locate any report of a problem from the customer and so have no idea as to the nature of the issue or the required solution.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:I do not agree to the RMA request.  My unit has been unoperational for months and only now they are reaching out with support because I have posted a complaint....

They gave me seven days to respond, in which I did not respond because they were supposed to message the Revdex.com.  After waiting for seven days and closing my ticket, Cointerra sent their message to the Revdex.com saying that I did not request my RMA.  Surprising that they did not respond to the Revdex.com message immediately isn't it?  Once again, since the start of their business, they are playing sneaky tricks on their customers.  Unacceptable.
Regards,

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:I...

have been waiting in the refund queue since March 2014 and am no longer prepared to be stalled further.I require immediate payment on this refund or I will escalate to full legal proceedings against the Cointerra.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that I had to pay $1525 to resolve my issue on my own buying stuff on [redacted], Waiting a Month for anyone to respond. Just...

want to let others know that their excuse was they are a small company and are overwhelmed with issues, and that is why it took over a month to respond. Be sure to look around if you are planning to purchase anything from this company. Your ON YOUR OWN with these guys. Find some other company like I did to purchase from

I...

drove too Austin to file charges locally so they could wait in jail while I wait for my refund-
And they gave me a full refund on June 5- in person-  so I made sure their refund check cleared-
and I  have no further actions against them at this time-

Thank you for your letter of Friday, March 07, 2014 in relation to the above issue. We have given this matter our most urgent attention and made efforts to resolve it as speedily as possible.
As a new business offering a high-demand product, we have been dealing with an extremely high volume...

of orders, enquiries, and other customer communications and, under these circumstances, we clearly failed to respond to this refund request in a timely fashion.
The customer's statement of the facts appears to agree with our records:
02/05/2014 The customer sent an email, requesting a refund for order #[redacted] if his order could not be shipped immediately. This was logged in our system and an email was sent to the customer, telling them a refund would be issued in the next 2-4 weeks.
03/05/2014 Four weeks later the customer requested a status update by email.
03/06/2014 Having not received a response within 24 hours, the customer sent another email stating their intent to escalate the matter to the "proper authorities and consumer protection agencies."
03/10/2014 We received your letter, dated 03/07/2014.
In order to resolve this matter, on Monday, March 10 we issued a check (#[redacted]) in the amount of $6,288.35 and sent it to the customer via [redacted] (Tracking # [redacted]). As of today, [redacted] shows that, after one failed attempt at delivery yesterday where no one was available to accept delivery, the check was successfully delivered today.
CoinTerra is dedicated to providing a high standard of customer service and responsiveness and we are continuing to make efforts to avoid such situations in future,
