I am rejecting this response because: the facts remain that Sprint's delivery person who they send out to do plumbing work broke my sink Not only are they denying facts, they kept money for services that they did not provide I
expected nothing else from a company like Sprint so I've already started the the legal process against them as wellI've also been communicating with *** *** in Woodbridge and their corporate office, as well They have been extremely helpful and value their reputation, so they don't like to be associated with unprofessional companies like Sprint

I am rejecting this response because:This claim was filed before ** *** went out of business and Spirit Delivery contracted the driver that is responsible NOT ** ***Spirit
Delivery also emailed me on the May 15th that my issue was resolved on Mother's Day and they were calling to make sure I was satisfied and we could close the caseIf all payments are on hold then why did they send someone to my house on Mother's Day Sunday to "fix" it? I told them I was NOT satisfied because nothing was done to my yard to fix my landscaping except someone threw bark in a couple of the holes from the trucks tiresI have many many pictures showing EVERYTHINGSpirit Delivery needs for take responsibility for my damages and needs to be held responsible for the employees they hire and they way they handle customers.

I am rejecting this response because:I did not sign that form,  my sister did and she said that there was nothing filled in on it.  She was told to sign it because they had delivered the washer.They ran the washer for a few minutes, using up the water in the hot water tank, then they turned it off saying everything was good and they left.I didn't know there was a problem until about 30 minutes after they left when the neighbor ( I live in a duplex ) came over and said she had no waterthat was when I realized I also had no water.I just sent a copy of all of the paperwork that I have to the Revdex.com of Akron Ohio.  Enclosed in that is a copy of that page with nothing signed are checkedoff.  I sent it regular mail.  Do you want me to send you a copy also or can you get it from them ?

I am rejecting this response because: I did not close the door on the delivery person. The door was broken and the jamb after the door was securely closed. I never became irate as I had the delivery company on the phone and a contract in hand. They made that up so as to justify kicking my door. The door and jamb could not have been broken if the door was open. Also the police called the delivery team three times to return and they didn't. They called the police not me and refused to return. I have been patient and was assured I would have my door repaired that is one reason I didn't press charges. The other was for fear of retaliation. Also the officer talked to your delivery company and was told I would be compensated. They only made up an excuse to justify kicking my door in. Spirit it saddens me that this is your justification for allowing their actions. I have been patient and you couldn't even return my calls. Look at the pictures and the incident report. Explain how it was physically possible to damage a door to that extent when it was open according to your delivery man. I never became irate as I said I was on the phone with the delivery company and [redacted] who both assured me this would be covered. In response to there was no clear path to the garage is a joke. 1. That is the way they came and 2. When they refused I asked them to put it in the adjacent room and they refused. Their boss also told them to and they refused. Clearly someone, your employee is lying and you are using that as an excuse. I am still waiting for my door and jamb to be repaired by your company. I am trying to avoid legal action. This is what a quality company does is compensate their customers for an injustice. I am offended that you would hide behind their lies. Please set this right and be a stand up company and do the right thing.

reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The item was finally delivered after having to file the complaint and making the company aware of the filing. It should not have to take all of that for the problem to of been resolved! I will not ever be ordering again from [redacted] due to the fact that they use this shipping company for my area.

I am rejecting this response because:All the damages which I sent photos of to Spirit delivery were caused by the delivery people.  I had a contractor come out and he...

confirmed that these damages were in fact caused by the removal and delivery of a refrigerator.  I also sent the photos on the dag of the delivery to [redacted] and sent them to Spirit.

We are standing by our denial.

This claim was tender into the delivery company that did the delivery to the claimant's home so they can investigate the claim and determine liability.

We are settling this claim with claimant .

This claims is still under investigation We just recvd. the paperwork from claimant and we are investigation before we determine liability at this time.
