we have spoke with the claimant and claimant is working on getting a second estimates for the repairs at this time.

we are still investigation this claim to determine what was the caused. this maybe a manufacturer issue.

we advise claimant that we are only responsible for the damages that were caused during the delivery

payment was send to claimant in the amount of $510.00 as per estimate provide.

We are still investigation this claim to determine if we are liable for the damages.

this claim was deny to the customer. this was a plumber issue not an installation issue. claimant signed release of all claims.

I am rejecting this response because: The first pair of servicemen that came after we originally found the leak told us that the hoses were incorrectly installed and showed...

that they were leaking. That had nothing to do with the valves. The valves weren't mentioned until the original installer came back, unscheduled and without a partner and damaged the valves by overtightening. If the service notes don't reflect this, then they've done a good job of covering up the botched installation.

I am rejecting this response because: This claim was filed immediately when the damage was done back in Jan 13, 2017.  This company is dragging out this claim for...

over 4 months and the damage still remains in our home.  Their employees are lying about being in our home and causing damage to save their jobs.  My wife and I both witnessed these employees in our home and this company is refusing to accept responsibility for their employees actions.  This claim needs to settled now so we can make repairs to our home that Spirit Delivery and Distribution caused from their carelessness.

botched delivery of the damage, and I have a witness who says my floor was not damaged prior to the deliverymen's actions. To may knowledge, I did not sign a not damage waiver. I believe I signed that I rejected the damaged refrigerator.

This claim is being handling by the insurance carrier : [redacted] , adjuster name: [redacted], phone number [redacted], claim number: [redacted] and the adjuster is trying to work with claimant in regards to settling it.  thanks

We are standing by our denial as per the delivery team the damages were not caused by them. claimant signed release no damages to the property.

no response from some delivery issues at this time
