Jaxon and his crew came and painted the front face/trim of my home and my stained my deckThey were very thorough and were on site to complete the work weeks ahead of scheduleI would definitely recommend them to anyone needing paint work done

There were very small paint marks with 1-mm diameter size prior to project and those were shown to a customer when he alerted painter, whom you refer to as Mark, that porch has to be covered with drop clothHe got very irritated and did not cover the porch.The paint spillage occurred after that, it was in many places, big in sizes and shows painters attempt to wipe them upIt is pretty obvious to be recentI have supporting pictures taken immediately after the damage.The porch is damaged by College Works Painters and cannot can not be brought to original shape by any cleaningIt will never be the sameCollege Works Painters has to compensate the damageIncorrect and cheaper paint was used for house paintingThis is direct contract violationThe house will have to be repaintedDoor has been damaged by a pressure washing and prior to putting protective plastic with a tapeDamaged areas were not caused by protective tapesPictures were taken after power wash and before plastic protection was put onI made all pictures and alerted intern *** *** about project suspensionThe door is expensive and damaged spots will have to be professionally prepped and coatedOriginal door pictures are also availableLatex instead of oil based paint on a floor, handrails and cellar door is a contract violationLatex and oil based paint do not work together and every professional painter knows itIt is easy to check online from many sourcesThe customer is asking College Works Painters to refund initial $1,deposit and also cover $2,damage to his propertyThis is expected in a timely manner before matters get elevated.Please be advised the project has been suspended to prevent further damagesCollege Works Painters are not allowed to the property without prior arrangement made by the customer with CWP intern *** ***

*** *** from College Works called me Wednesday (10/4/2017) afternoon. *** informed me that he can have someone at my house on Thursday (10/05/2017), at 4:PMI agreed to be at home at that timeUnfortunately, no one showed up. This has happened to me before with College Works. *** or the company rep *** *** would tell me that someone will be at my house the next day, and no one shows upI left a message with *** ***, informing him that I plan on contacting Revdex.com and any federal agencies that might be able to help me resolve this issue. If you recall, College Works had subcontracted the work with a company called *** and Sons to paint my houseThis is the company who did a poor job painting my siding, and left the project unfinished*** called me later that evening, around 7:PM (Thursday 10/5/2017), informing me that *** *** asked him to be at my house on Thursday (10/5/2017), at 4:PM. *** says that he told *** he could not make it on Thursday, but can make it on Friday. *** never bothered to call me to let me know of this. I made plans with *** to meet at my house on Friday (10/6/2017), at 4:PM. Please re-open my complaint on College Works. Thank you,*** ***

Professional, dependable and the job was done as promised

On July 6, 2018, we contracted with CWP to have our exterior house painted starting Sept4, On SeptI called our sales rep, Brooke, and she said, "My lead painter hasn't contacted you yet?" The next day Brooke left me a voicemail and said that the lead painter will contact me for a start date, it will probably be the middle of next week On Sept11, 2018, Brooke called me and said, " the lead painter had a family emergency and could not do our paint job." She continued to say that we needed to pay an extra $dollars because she underbid the job and she can't find a crew which would take our jobI reminded Brooke that we have a signed contract for the price and jobI asked Brooke to have her boss please call meI received no call back so the next day I called CWP and left a message for her boss, DannyBy the following day at 3:I had still not received a call back from Danny, so once again I called and left another message Danny called me back at 4:pm Sept 13, Danny reassured me that he will find a crew for our job within a week, he and Brooke would take the cut in their commission for the underbid job and that I would get a quality paint jobSept 26, was the next phone call I received from Danny, saying he just returned from traveling through Iceland and to give him a call after 5pmThe next phone call I received from Danny was today October 8, He gave me the following options cancel the job and refund our 10% depositvalue the current contract price but do the job after January and as a training house or come give a new bid for the job

It was a great quality experience They were specifically college workers I liked the way they worked together and helped each other I was given the opportunity to take part and give instructions on specific parts for touch ups prior to completion of the work Great people to work with and quality work

I met with *** last Friday (10/06/2017) around PM, and I showed him what needed to be done. For example: in areas of the siding where caulking was needed, the windows needed caulking, the down spouts need to be painted, the bottom siding needed to be painted, the bottom edges of the siding all over the house needed to be painted, and I pointed out four specific areas of the house where the siding needed sanding and then painted. *** said that his crew would come to my house next week to finish the job. Here it is Thursday (10/12/2017) and no one has shown upI'm worried since the days are getting shorter and the weather is colder, the job will not get finished this year. Did a very good job I have a year old house and now it looks like brand new! The painters worked hard and did a great job House looks like new!

There needs to be some touch up on porch and rampChuck, the head painter, made sure the job got doneHe and his assistant worked this past weekend May 6th and 7th
