I called Comfort Master first thing yesterday when my second floor Air Conditioning stopped working the night before They sent a tech, ***, out within two hours He checked everything over & got it working again by lunch timeIt's an older unit, but luckily only needed a small partI really appreciated him taking the time to fix it instead of recommending replacement right off Jason called when he was on his way, was friendly, polite & very professional He answered all my questions and gave suggestions on maintenance issues I would definitely recommend Comfort Master for repairs and maintenance in the future

Got back from a 7-day vacation and discovered that the heat wasn't working I called their after hours service and [redacted] was out within the hour He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained how to use the emergency heat feature, and got us back up and running until repairs could be completed the next week Also, this was the Friday before Christmas and [redacted] was at the house until late This is why Comfort Master does all HVAC work at this house and our weekend place
