We had an awesome experience with Comfort Master! It started with a home visit from consultant Mr [redacted] who showed up exactly when he said he would on Easter weekend Saturday! We already knew we had an urgent need to replace our 17-year-old unit, so he assessed our household's A/C needs, discussed the options, and put together a quote right on the spot He was extremely personable and pleasant, knowledgeable and professional, and made sure we had no questions before he left including when the installation crew would be here and what to expect on that day My husband and I couldn't be any more pleased with our new unit, nor with our excellent experience with everyone we encountered on the Comfort Master teamThanks, ***, [redacted] and ***, and ***!
