The gentleman who serviced my furnace and heat pump was polite, very thorough, and uncovered a problem that probably should have been spotted in an earlier service call He fixed it in a timely manner the same day so that I would not have to take time off from work

Excellent service Arrived when expected and confirmation call was made Explained what the service contract work would entail, did the work in a timely manner AND discovered an issue that needed to be addressed immediately with the furnace ducting Jim got the part and did the repair quickly
When the call was complete on the AC unit and Furnace, Jim explained what he had done and the status of both units
Importantly to me, Jim did his work CLEANLY which is critical when the furnace is next to a room with ivory colored carpet!
