Brian came to my home today to determine the reason my furnace was shutting down He did not find the problem, but was instead instead insolent, insulting, and unprofessional I will never permit this person to enter my home again
I have had two other visits from Comfort Plus Both were helpful, cooperative, and professional

My Comfort Plus technician (Jim C) was very courteous and thoroughHe took the time to fully check and clean the three heating units I have, and showed great attention to detailI appreciate his knowledge and customer service

Brian was prompt, professional and thorough

Amanda was very helpful and pleasant setting me up with an appointment
Alan was very thorough checking out noise with my furnace He did an excellent job explaining what causes the noise ...He was very pleasant and courteous

Kevin ***, Shawn & Herbie were the installers for our AC/Heat Pump Kevin
carefully checked the damaged box to make sure the AC unit was not damaged
before the work began The three men worked all day in unbelievably hot August
weather, getting the new air conditioner working before they left that day The
next day, Kevin was the only one to show up and worked by himself to do the
necessary duct workHis boss came by at noon and ran to get some parts that
weren't shipped to the work site So he also helped The completed job was
done in days, a day earlier than anticipated Everyone was polite and left the
job site spic & span

Furnace was serviced today Jan 12, 2012, technician Bill Bwas very efficient, courteous and informative
