This company was very fast with service. The gentleman that came to my home was very knowledgeable of the products he was using as well as my heating system. He took the time to explain everything going he was servicing and why he needed to service the component.

Jim C is able to reliably keep my antique oil burner running. He knows how the machine operates, and knows the issues I might face.

Eddie was very polite, honest and direct with me and the problem my unit was having. each of the three people I spoke and worked with were the same. Instead of immediately trying to sell me a more expensive repair that he could not gaurantee would work, he offered a solution of refilling my refridgerant. As a new homeowner with only a year on the house, I was unsure of the last time a maintenance check had been done, so this option appealed to me as a baseline measure moving foward.

I would recommend Comfort Plus to anyone in need of a repair or with a question about their HVAC. In fact my neighbor was outside while I was finishing up with Eddie, and I gave my neighbor their contact information right then.
