Jim C. from Comfort Plus Services serviced our oil burner this morning. We have an older model burner and he has been servicing it for many years. He does a wonderful job, and always explains things to me.

Our heating system went out today which, considering the weather, was a very unpleasant happening. We contacted CP comfort plus with which we have a contract and, after a short time, were delighted to see the return of our favorite Technician, Bill B. whose work has always been impeccable and continues to be. He checked out the system, fixed everything, waited until he was sure all was running perfectly, explained what had malfunctioned and why and left us with a system that is currently producing warmth. I could not have been more pleased with the complete and thorough service Alan provided with my AC unit. Inside and out of my home. He was here for almost 3 hours and was well informed as he explained what he was doing. Thank you so much!

We have a very old heating system and not everyone knows how to work on it. Jim C has been to our house a few times to work on our system. He is very knowledgeable about our system and explains in detail what the problem is. He answers all our questions and makes sure we understand what the problem was. Jim is very courteous and through. We will always ask for him when we call with a problem. Thank you Jim for making this a pleasant experience

Highly Satisfied with the tech that came out to the house yesterday. Only complaint is that they should of let me know when I scheduled the appointment, that the bill for the service call was due at the completion of the job but that is minor in my eyes.

Jim Cody arrived at our home on June 16th and 17th. He was scheduled to do yearly tune-up and maintenance on our Oil Furnace and two air conditioning units.
Jim is always prompt, courteous, professional and knowledgeable of his job description. He is wiling to always answer any questions that we may have...
