[redacted] was our service technician He arrived on time We discussed the nature of our problem He immediately proceeded to work on the unit Within an hour [redacted] identified the problem, fixed the problem, and we had heat once again We have had [redacted] as the technician for our semi-annual mechanical inspection He has always been extremely courteous and knowledgeable about HVAC systems Glad to have Comfort Services as our HVAC service provider! As a whole, I have been more than unhappy with this company First, they made me feel pressured to get their equipment when my AC went out last year The tech wouldn't let me check other prices or companies, stating if I did, it would cost me a few hundred more if I choose them anyway Then they were dishonest about my expense, the technicians damaged personal property and there were several uncomfortable situations/conversations with the company If I had to do it all over again, I would not go with this company Having said that, I do believe there has been a change within the company and my last few experiences with them have been more pleasant I was given years of biannual service check ups to make up for the damaged things in my home, etc They have now fulfilled one year of that and the service technicians were very pleasant *** was great I still can't say I would recommend this company because the extra cost alone was a huge deal to me and then the way I was pressured to make a decision on the spot cost me an extra $
