Within an hour [redacted] identified the problem, fixed the problem, and we had heat once again. We have had [redacted] as the technician for our semi-annual mechanical inspection. He has always been extremely courteous and knowledgeable about HVAC systems. Glad to have Comfort Services as our HVAC service provider!

[redacted] Figured explained and helped me with a serious problem with my new [redacted] Heat Pump. He also gave me advice about my preexisting [redacted] heat pump, which had given me a problem in the past. I will be calling Comfort Services from now on.

I had a semi-annual system review done by [redacted] with Comfort Service Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. He called ahead of his visit, arrived well within the time he estimated on the road, and was efficient in his tasks.

I've been on contract with Comfort Services a while now, and have never had a less-than-professional experience with their technicians and/or their phone staff. When additional maintenance was required (as was the case on this visit), the issue was explained to my satisfaction, and the circumstances WELL DOCUMENTED in a follow-up email.

At no time have I felt this firm was taking advantage, nor trying to sell me a service/part/etc., that wasn't required to keep my system running efficiently.

I will continue to recommend and use their services as a direct result of how they've handled MY requirements.

[redacted] performed our spring maintenance service. He was thorough and upon completion of the service went over with me everything that he checked out. Was pleased to hear him say everything was functioning properly. We will be customers of Comfort Services for life.

[redacted] met me at the door ready to go. Already had his booties on before entering my house. Check inside and outside we went, did some volt meter checks and took off
under the house. Two minutes later determine cutoff switch on the drain was set causing the water to back up. Clean out the line and problem was fix . thanks alot

Professional, friendly and competent

If you want to be overcharged, call Comfort Services! They charged almost 1200 to spray two units with water, fill with refrigerant and a so-called service plan. If they cared about customer service, they would refunded my cancelled service plan money. I am sure I will wait forever for a portion of that money even though they didn't mind taking out 300 dollars today.
Call [redacted] instead. They confirmed I didn't need 3 pounds of refrigerant that Comfort Services wanted to charge me for. And they even re-cleaned the units for free! And [redacted] charged 1/3 to do more work than Comfort Services.
