Review: My [redacted] at [redacted], Inc. a flight school located in [redacted] opened a credit card servicing account with Commerce Payment Systems on or about 03/**/2013. On 03/**/2013 an agent of Commerce Payment systems notified our [redacted] that she had received all the necessary information and we could start processing credit cards with them. It was not until ** January 2014 that we realized that although we were processing our customer's credit cards and the cards charges were being paid to the Commerce Payment Systems, but Commerce Payment Systems was not releasing the money to our account. When we contacted Commerce Payment Systems they said that they still needed a correct business address of our company and an old utility bill showing that we paid utilities at our business location. Mind you, this was a full 10 months after we had started the account and we had never been contacted about this problem nor have we ever received a financial statement from Commerce Payment Systems advising us that they were holding over $83,000 in an escrow account and that our service had been canceled. When the [redacted] of [redacted], contacted an account executive named [redacted] (she would not give her last name) she said that our account had been closed and that she would hold the $83,000 for nine months before releasing the funds. Another account executive told us that he could refund to the credit card customers all the money and then we could reprocess the cards. We are talking about hundreds of cards over 9 months and even that process would take six to nive months. When I decided to just go the refund route and reprocess the cards, Commerce Payment Systmes has a clever system of sending you to another company who they say does the actual refunds, but when you contact that comapny thye refer you back to Commerce Payment Systems. We asked [redacted] to give us a [redacted], but she refused and said that we could not speak to anyone but her and she was as cold as anyone I have ever spoken to in a business. So in effect you cannot speak to any management or ownership personnel to voice your complaint. [redacted], Inc. is a Veteran Owner Service Disabled Small Business and having this much money tied up in an escrow account hurts us to the core.Desired Settlement: [redacted]. would like Commerce Payment Systmes to release the escrow funds they are holding to our bank account. We have performed the services for which we received the credit card payment from the customer, and Commerce Payment Systems has no right whatsoever to hold those funds from us. We have not signed any authorization for them to hold our money for nine months before releasing it to our account.

Review: We have a credit card machine with this company. The machine has never worked correctly and we return it to the company in May. Several calls have been placed to the company looking for the machine and we were promised calls back on several occasions. Its no October we continue to be billed monthly for the machine but do not have the equipment.Desired Settlement: A full refund an nothing less.

Review: I was promised and assured there will be no other fees besides the .25 and 1.39 and I have the email where the rep [redacted] said all this and was charged a lot moreDesired Settlement: I want all my money back that was taken from me . This company is a rip off and should be closed.
