Review: I have two separate complaints. I cancelled our service on August [redacted], 2013. I spoke with a customer service agent to make sure that our cancellation was received and nothing else would be charged. Since then, my bank account has been debited in September, October, November, December and January to a total of $273.75. I have called numerous times and been assured that I will no longer be charged but my account continues to be automatically debited. I have asked for a [redacted] to speak to and have consistently been told nobody is available but that will leave a message. In addition when the service was active I was billed a monthly minimum charge when the application I filled out clearly stated the charge for that would be $0.00 monthly. I was told that would be refunded as well and nothing has been.Desired Settlement: I would like the monthly minimum charges refunded, the monthly charges from September to date refunded and hard copy notification that this matter has been resolved and my electronic payment information has been removed from their database.

Review: On 6/**/13, I signed up with [redacted] to start the process for my company to accept credit card payments from customers. Commerce Payment Systems was our Merchant Provider. I was told that there would be no problem submitting a Visa charge of $6,000.00. They did say that it may go through the risk department since we were such new customers, but that there shouldn't be an issue. At no time was I told that there could be a fee because of using the Risk Department. Well, there was an issue, the charge was denied, after approximately three weeks of waiting for a decision. I decided to stop my business with [redacted]/Commerce Payment Systems and phoned them on 7/**/13 to cancel all services. I understood that I would be charged the processing fee (even though it was denied) and although I was not happy with that, I agreed. But now we are in September, 2013 and I am still getting charges from Commerce Payment Systems. I have had a total of $511.56 debited from my business account since my original sign-on date and I never received any services from them because they were unable to approve my Visa Charge.

One charge was for $249.90 which was a charge through their Risk Department. Another fee was $124.05 for a "once a year compliance fee" which I feel is totally unfair since I never even had anything approved through Commerce Payment Systems and was only signed up for less than one month. I ended up going through Chase and have had no problems whatsoever.

I am very upset and frustrated with all of these charges since I had read such good reviews online about this company and felt safe in selecting them. Nowhere along the way was I ever explained that there could be a possible CHARGE for sending anything to the Risk Department or for a ONCE-A-YEAR COMPLIANCE FEE. I was also charged a $24.95 fee for August Services when I closed my account with them on 7/**/13 (I did contact [redacted] today in Customer Service and was told that it would be refunded to my account at the end of the month, I am just so worried that it will not be).

I have called and asked for a refund on these charges, but was told that they were denied because they were valid charges. I do not feel they are VALID charges and am very upset regarding this issue.Desired Settlement: I would like the Charges of $249.90, $124.05 and $24.95 credited to my business account.

Review: In March a man named [redacted]? don't know spelling came in to A4C Auto Sales LLC, and talked to us about a credit card machine, to be able to take payments for cars and to pay for cars with their tax cards. He took weeks to get machine, said they had sent wrong one, had to send it back and get new one, came in and hooked it up didn't test it . I tried to use it and it didn't work, called [redacted] took weeks to get him to come in and check it. Finally in June he can in and checked it had to get another one, but this time different company.

During this time I was checking my account and Commerce Payment had been taking money out of account, and [redacted], said they weren't suppost to take anything out unless we used the machine and we didn't it WOULDN'T WORK. In March they took out $98.00 and some odd cents, then in April they took out $20.15, in May they took $19.95 and in June they took out $118.95.

Total of 258.00 and some odd cents.

I have spoke to [redacted] and [redacted], both say Commerce Payments Systems would give me our money back within 24 to 48 hours and the last time [redacted] told me this was Wed. June **, 2013 so I gave it till June **,2013, because of weekend, and still it isn't here. When I talked to CS they said I had to wait till July * to get it but [redacted] the President of Commerce payment systems he said 24/28 hours.Desired Settlement: I Want my money back and them to never take any out of my account again!

Review: We were looking for a credit card processor. We decided on one over the other being [redacted] and their processor Commerce payment systems. On July [redacted] I processed a credit card for $295.00 after finding out that they wouldn't give me the funds until they had more info about my company I decided not to do business with them and on July [redacted] I refunded my customer's credit card for $295.00. Then on July [redacted] I had a debit to my bank account for $295.40. I was told that I processed a credit card but refunded it. They said the $295.40 would be put back into my account today August [redacted] it has not been returned to my account. Also on August [redacted] my account was debited $123.85 for processing fees I did not process any transactions and I sent them a cancelation notice on July [redacted]. My account was also debited $24.95 on July [redacted] also for fees. I never agreed to do business with this company and they owe me $444.20. I don't know if you can do anything but this company stole money from me.Desired Settlement: I would like the money that was stolen out of my account returned. They stole this money without me doing any business with them

Review: Company charged our Wells Fargo bank account fees in the amount of $587.62 to perform crediut card services. Deposits were never

made to the account due to faulty terminals provided by them. Terminals were returned and we cancelled service. Wells Fargo suggested

closing bank account so no more charges could be entered. After repeated phone calls, emails, etc. I was gold initially that money would be

refunded. Now, they claim that since the bank account was closed, they can't refund the money. There is no reason why they can't issue a

Review: We were called by a man named [redacted] who stated he can save us money on our merchant services. We are small struggling business and thought any way to save money would be great. We discussed our current POS system (Quickbooks POS) and were told everything we will be receiving will integrate well with our current POS. Essentially our POS is a desktop computer.

They offered us 2 free debit machines, lower "swipe fees" and the ability to use debit, which we currently are unable to do.

After a few conversations with via the phone and e-mails with [redacted] we were then transferred over to [redacted] to move forward with the contract. We finished up the contract and was giving the guarantee that the debit machines were going to be delivered the next day.

They ended up shipping just one unit UPS ground which took over a week to get here ( arrived Feb. [redacted]), we were expecting two units. When opening up the unit we discovered that it is not compatible with our POS system. We called their technical support and confirmed that the unit we received is not compatible as promised by both [redacted] and [redacted].

On March [redacted] after going back and forth with extremely unhelpful customer service agents, who refused escalate our issues to any [redacted], we decided to cancel. That day we were charged a total of $113.15 in monthly services Fees. The equipment was never set up or activated.

On March [redacted] we shipped the incompatible unit out (Fed Ex Tracking [redacted], which we paid for out of our own pocket). The unit was delivered on 3/**. We never received confirmation on the cancellation. And on April [redacted] we were charged an additional $232.95. We are not sure what those charges were for other than the CSA telling us that they "were justified".

We had the unit a total 8 days in our possession (remember we were guaranteed overnight delivery and we only received 1 unit) and it cost us $346.10 + shipping.Desired Settlement: We would like written confirmation of our cancellation and the fees refunded to us. We never activated the one unit we received, and we never received the 2nd unit.

Review: I faxed a cancellation of service form to Commerce Payment Systems on Oct **, 2013. Commerce continued to deduct funds from our debit card/checking account for services we were not receiving. This has happened every month since cancelling. I have called 4 times to ask for credits each month we have been charged. I have been told each time we will receive the credit and will no longer be charged however I have received no credits, they continue to charge our account even though we no longer use their company and I can not get it to stop short of closing our account and cancelling our debit card which would be detrimental to our daily business. It has been 4 months without a resolution.Desired Settlement: We would like the $158.80 taken from our debit/checking account, credited back to our checking account. This amount was taken after cancellation of service. We received no service in which we should be charged.

Review: I am a Director with Beauticontrol a Direct Sales Company. I researched Credit Card Processing companies and decided to use this company. They said their were not upfront fees associated with signing up with them. Any of my consultants that joined would be only charged their fee % they advertise on their website when they processed a credit card. Both consultants that have used them have had fees taken from their checking account for no reason. One consultant [redacted] is owed $123.95 by the compnay. They charged her a processing fee of $99 for nothing. She has called them repeatedly and no one will call them back. Our contact was [redacted]. I am disappointed of the scam by this company. We have also been speaking to [redacted].Desired Settlement: We just want to sever all ties with this company and have all of the money refunded to my consultants associated with this account. [redacted] needs to be refunded $123.95 and [redacted] is owed over $300.

Review: We cancelled the application process for two wireless GPS credit card machines because they were unable to process the application and ship the two machines on time as promised for our first event on April **. We had to make last-minute arrangements with another company to process credit card payments at our outdoor event. Commerce Payments sent us the cancellation paperwork via e-mail which we immediately filled out and returned on April **. On May * $131.50 was deducted from our bank account for equipment and insurance for the two credit card machines that were cancelled before the application was approved. No equipment was shipped to us. My wife contacted Commerce Payments several times asking for a refund. They apologized and promised to expedite a refund that normally takes 30 days and we should receive it in two weeks. When the refund was not received, a second call was placed and a refund was promised in one month. We asked to speak to a supervisor and got put on hold and had to hang up because no one would answer the call. We called back and left a second voice mail message with a supervisor but no one returned our second call. A third call was placed and another voice mail message was left but again, no one returned our phone call. We have corresponded several times via e-mail messages demanding a refund with no response from them.Desired Settlement: We expect a full refund with interest and an investigation by State and Federal Authorities for prosecution. The amount of money they have stolen from our bank account may not seem like a lot; however, when you add up the total amount they have stolen from hundreds of people, it is time to put a stop to this company's illegal practices. The unauthorized deduction from our bank account is an act of theft for which Commerce Payments should be prosecuted. We urge you to report this company to the State Attorney General's office, FCC, FTC, and any other appropriate agencies for investigation.

Review: Since the closure of the account with Commerce Payment Group or Systems as they would sometimes call themselves. Which was mainly due to the extreme delay with which our credit card and debit card transactions would go through them. They said and it was written in the agreement of a 24 hour turn around but in reality It would take about 7 to days before the funds would be deposited into the account and it would be after me personally calling to inquire about the funds. On three occasions Commerce Payment Group has taken the monthly service fee about $36.00 2 times in a month and also deducted it from the funds that was processed by us. When inquired why they would explain that there is an equipment charge, which is not true because we use website card processing; we do not need a credit card terminal or any other equipment as their web based software is what we use, this went on for about 2 months and nothing go resolved. The account was closed because of this and Commerce Payment Group decided to hold $674.79 of they money due us, as a result of that and explain that it would be released in about 30 days. That is come and gone and I have been calling since to have them deposit the funds only to be given the run around, they provided the banking information as was requested along with a voided check and they still refused to release the funds they then asked for a Bank Vertification Letter from my bank which was provided, and I travelled to a different state because they bank I use doe not have any local branches in New York area the closest branch is is [redacted]. I drove there paying gas and toll and informed the rep at the bank about the verification which she provided I called Commerce Payment Group and informed them that I got the verification I was told to hold on and was on hold at the bank for exactly one hour before someone would pick up the phone. They said they would call back to speak with the Bank agent and that took another hour before they would call and once on the phone they individual placed [redacted] on hold for 40 minutes and never came back; we. This went on all day on 6/**/14 and each time I called was given a totally different story, they would have someone call [redacted] at the [redacted] bank which she was there and I was at her desk only to it not be them. They refused to send a check and when given a bank account so they can do an ACH deposit they simply ignore. Do not reply to any of the countless emails sent.Desired Settlement: To deposit the $674.79 that is rightfully mine and have received both written confirmation (email) as well as I have recorded telephone conversations from various agents confirming that I am owed the $674.79 and have no reason why they are holding the funds. The time has long passed by their own admission for them to release the funds. They can issue a check to Nautilus Woman in the amount of $674.79 and send to the address [redacted] or deposit the funds in the [redacted] Bank Account they were provided ending in [redacted] which was also provided to them.

Review: I was attempting to find an honest merchant solution. I used [redacted] and [redacted] (owned by [redacted]) was one of the first to contact me. The individual presented himself as being with [redacted]). We discussed terms over several weeks. This turned out to be mostly lies. This individual was a sub-agent of [redacted] under the company Commerce Payment Group, a reseller of [redacted] services, even though he claimed I was going directly through [redacted] claimed I would only be charged 10 basis points (1/10th of a percent) over what the credit card companies charged and there would be no annual fee. Upon reviewing my statement Commerce Payment group charged 19.5 basis points over what [redacted] was charging (10 basis points), totaling 0.295% over what the credit card companies charged. I complained about the additional charges that Commerce Payment Group was receiving yesterday 6-**-14 and magically the next day [redacted] wanted to close my account and attempted to do debit withdraw from my bank account totaling over $12,100 cumulatively over 5 transactions from the money credited to my company's account in May. I stopped the withdraw and now they are holding over $10,000 of my company's money for June's transactions, which would have otherwise been $22,000+. They claim we were only authorized take $3,000 in payments even though we told them we would be taking $20,000-$30,000 in monthly payments. I saw the $3,000 on the agreement and [redacted], my representative, assured me this only meant we could receive a cumulative total of $3,000 in payments monthly on a "day after machine batch (request payment at end of day)" basis. Anything over that might take a couple of days. I assured him we would definitely be taking in more money than that, as we are a [redacted] claims my account is being cancelled because my Portage Wireless Solutions LLC is based out of Florida, the business is in Wisconsin, and I am from Kentucky (with a Kentucky driver's license). All this information was presented on the front end and I was approved, I didn't hide anything, and have been forthcoming about everything. My business is on [redacted]'s website as a [redacted], however, they speak as if my account is being cancelled because it appears suspicious. I believe it is because there are charges that are not reflected in our agreement. The company [redacted] and their authorized re-seller Commerce Payment Group are involved in a highly competitive market, creating a dishonest sales environment. Commerce Payment Group was never mentioned as being involved and they lied and said I was going directly through Evolution. [redacted] didn't thoroughly review my application and they're cancelling me on the back-end rather than doing the due-diligence in underwriting on the front end. Out of approximately 200 transaction made through this machine, zero have been disputed over a 49 day period, but they are considering us risky.Desired Settlement: I want [redacted] to pay me for the $10,000+ credit card charges I ran through their machine. I want Commerce Payment Group (their re-seller) to refund the $99 annual fee that was said to be waived. I want Commerce Payment Group to refund all money made from the 19.5 basis points I was charged, and prepaid shipping to return their merchant device (credit card machine).

Review: Signed up for merchant service from them. They sent a machine that didn't work even after hours on phone with tech support so we sent it back and cancelled service. Then they stole $128.95 out of our account two months in a row for "service" even though the monthly fee we signed up for was only $34.95. I have called them twice and both times they promised a refund after it was approved by "Senior" management. We never got any service because the machine never worked so we pursued an alternative, so they should not get any of our money.Desired Settlement: Refund our $257.90 that was stolen out of our account.

Review: On Nov **, 2013, I emailed a cancellation of service form to Commerce Payment Systems for Merchant ID # [redacted], as per request from CPS. They continue to debit our checking account for monthly credit card processing fees as of April 2014. 04/**/2014 $118.95 03/**/2014 $19.9502/**/2014 $19.9512/**/2014 $118.95I phoned them on numerous occasions about the charges being taken from the account. CPS continued to deduct funds from our checking account for services we were not and are not receiving. This has happened every month since cancelling. I have called numerous times to ask for credits we have been charged. I have been told each time that the account has been canceled and will no longer be charged however CPS continues to charge our account even though we no longer use their company or service and I can not get the charges to cease, short of closing my companies checking account and cancelling our debit/checking card which would be detrimental to our daily business.Desired Settlement: I would like the $277.80 that was taken from my debit/checking account, credited back to my checking account. Review: We were exploring new options to process credit card transactions, after exchanging documents we decided against Evolution Bankcard, Commerce Payment Systems. We never used any service they say they provide, never activated either account; we never received any billing or evidence of any activity. We provided the required cancellation document in a timely fashion and it was reported by their office ,six months later, that they had never received any cancellation documents. We sent records to Evolution Bankcard, Commerce Payment Systems, a Credit Card processing service,from our Fax Service Provider showing a successful fax transmission on 6-**-2013 of our cancellation for services for these accounts. They charged our business account unauthorized fee's, and on this date (1-**-2014) we had to contact Commerce Payment Systems to find our request for refunds was declined. We expect a full refund of entire amount removed from our account, over $600.00, for services not provided by their service or used by our organization.
