I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # *** I can see this issue is not going to get resolved I have attached the paperwork they gave me with my bill and circled where they stated my services would only be $and showed where it said approved as well I have also put in a detailed complaint with the Massachusetts consumer affairs I will be selling my car and never doing business with this place again and I will be sure to tell anyone who asks about my experience I am extremely disappointed in every response this person has made They haven't acknowledged any mistakes they have made I will be attempting to sell my vehicle and I do not want anything to do with this company for the rest of my life I am not sure but I have also attempted to send an email to the following addresses: *** ; *** : *** I hope this complaint gets to him so he knows the type of bad customer service his employees are providing This has been my worst experience with a car dealership I have ever had Not because of all the mistakes that were made, but because of the lack of effort to rectify by the manager I put in my emails that I got a name of * *** If this is not * *** responding then please provide upper management with the correct person this is ***

When *** came into Nissan we could not get him approved, then *** came into ** and wanted to do a three year leaseAfter looking at his *** we advised him that the longest ** would be willing to do is months or max is monthsHe left a deposit on the month paymentSubmitted all his
documents to ** and the longest program they would approve was monthsI talked to the customer and went through multiple options with himMore money down, less expensive vehicle etc… Customer asked for the day to think it overNever returned my phone calls or emails for several daysFinally *** was able to reach him by emailCustomer asked us to keep the deposit to hold the vehicle as that was the only color that he wanted while he would obtain his own financingHe asked us to give him a few days to work out the details with his bankWe reached out for several days after that trying to figure out when he was coming in to finalize the dealHe then showed up a week later after making no attempt to contact us to let us know the progress of his own financingHe showed up in a brand new *** from a dealer miles away We reserved that specific vehicle for *** upon his request for over weeksWe worked aggressively and tirelessly to explore all his optionsWe tied up that specific car with the intent to try and lease him the vehicle*** then wanted us to hold that car even longer while he obtained his own financingHe showed up out of no where with no response back with a brand new *** which we offer here demanding his deposit backHe has called multiple times being irrational and very difficult to communicate with on the phone. We will credit back *** both his deposits

This company waited almost months to respond to any of my concerns. In fact, the only reason they responded was because I indicated in my final email to them that I would take other measures to resolve my matter. Only then did they finally respond to my concerns on Friday, January 15, after 5pm.As I stated previously, the only reason I leased a 2nd vehicle was because I was under the assumption that I was getting a great deal from Commonwealth ***. I would NOT have leased another vehicle had I known that I would be responsible for all the extra charges.I also felt that I could trust the dealership since I had been satisfied with their services from my previous transaction. Please reconsider or meet me half way on this matter. This is a significant amount of money that I had not anticipated on having to come up with in such a short amount of time.Thank you in advance for your consideration

It has been established that *** *** DOES NOT refund any money to the customer, yet you still say that *** has refunded money to meI am beginning to think not one person at Commonwealth Motors is capable of telling the truth

This car was bought over a year ago. When the salesman noticed they had the wrong key last year he called the customer to tell them they had the wrong key and they could come pick up the right key. The customer then was demanding they should get something extra for their inconvenience
(free oil changes etc). Customer never picked up the right key a year ago at Commonwealth Kia who found out the customer had the wrong key. We have the key here at Commonwealth Kia if they would like to pick it up!

As *** stated he researched the who deal and no where in it stated will be covering ANY excess Charges

We know that these claims about not having the necessary documentation, including the direction to pay, are fabricated The insurance adjuster and insurance agent both confirm that these documents were sent three days ago An employee in the auto body department also confirmed with me directly that he was in possession of the direction to pay but would not release the car without actual payment He claimed that insurance companies change the amounts to be paid after a car has been released to the customer This is not accurate Another indication that these claims are fabricated and that bullying tactics were applied by Commonwealth Motors is that I am in possession of my car now Contacting the Revdex.com seemed to be the motivation needed for your company to release the car If your claims of still requiring the documentation necessary to release the car were true, why would your employee state otherwise this morning and release the car to me?

That story was not the truth you gave, it is more like..........I decided to try them out so I went to the dealership and spoke to a salespersonI found a car I liked and left a deposit of a $Went home and decided to check their website to make sure that was the listed priceThe same car was listed $lower than the price they were trying to sell it to meI called the salesperson and asked why that was the caseOne the site listed Family Price but then they turn around and tell me you need to be a college student to get that low priceI asked for my money and the sales manager looked me straight in my eyes and said not a chance in ***So I emailed (which is attached to this complaint) the higher manager and he called me after and said he try to see what he can doThey called me back and said they give me partial refundSo I agreed went to the dealership to get my refund instead the sales manager was trying to convince me called me a liar to my faceI received no deposit after they told me to come in to get it.They claim it lasted a week but should have lasted days when I ask for my refund in a email and agreed on a partial refund

There was no work done on the vehicle when I went in on 7/they diagnosed the check engine light and that's it they didn't make any efforts to fix the issue and it was definitely not checked before I purchased itI only put on 5,miles when the fuel pump needed to be replaced meaning that previous owners had done the wear and tear on the car just in time for me to get itThere is no way a terminal could've been fried and a fuel pump which needs to be replaced could arise in only 5,milesI will absolutely not ever buy a car from commonwealth againI will discourage anybody I know from shopping there , my father is affiliated with the *** *** and I will make sure they know how horrible their customer service is.

The *** had a safety check done here was checked before She purchased it and she also had a state inspection sticker placed on it, which also go through state emissions tests This was an *** *** delivered with 76,miles on it back in Feb , There is no warranty on
the vehicle as it's been months since it was purchased on 2/2/and was serviced on 7/1/

I just left Mr*** a message, just need to confirm that he's cancelling the Gap Insurance and Extended Warranty on the Chevy CruzeWe will make sure this gets handles quickly!

Mr*** bought a HHR back in Oct He then called Mr*** in May, to can the key replacement he purchased for $from *** *** refunded him the $ Then when he called back again almost a year later and spoke with *** ***, who got down to
the bottom of the refund and *** refunded him an additional for a total He purchased the key replacement from *** for $and when this get cancelled its prorated from *** warranty This does not accrue interest! He cancelled the key replacement months after buying the vehicle and again *** prorates The amount due back to Mr*** is 184.48, which has been refunded to the customer

She rejected the Claim with no comments WE have never seen *** *** *** * in for service since she bought it back in April We have made several appointments for service to look at the vehicle, which *** *** never shows upWe can not fix or diagnosis a vehicle we have not seen in over months The last appointment made was 1/17/and we offered to look at her brakes at no charge and she never showed up!

There is no other response the customer just rejected the rebuttalHe made no comments

As previously stated, the concern has a diagnostic procedure, has to be followed in the steps provided, the repairs performed were necessary to get to the diagnostic point that the vehicle is atThere is a next step, which had not been approved, and there may be further after thatIt is a step by step diagnostic procedure
