Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have made payments on time and in the amount of $for the past years on time and never missed a payment No one told me that my car would be repossessedI was under the understanding from your company that if I continued to make payments on time I would be able to keep my car I made sure my payment were on time in order to keep my vehicle Now I am being told I need to pay $plus the towing and storing fees and if I continue to make voluntary payments I will be able to keep my vehicle My concern is that this information was not communicated to me before the towing and I am not sure why I have to pay $1595, towing expense and storage fees I am concerned that if I pay this amount this situation may happen again I have lost trust in your company policyYou have not sent me anything in writing regarding the $This amount was communicated by telephone the same as when I was told if I made payments on time I would be able to keep my car regardless of the bankruptcy I had years ago I am sorry but I am not trusting your communication via telephone When I called customer service they were unprofessional and would not direct my call to a supervisor I am very disappointed in how I was treated and the non communication your company has with customers

I read over what their response was and if they have that conversation then they also should have the one where the rep stated after taking my payment via phone that the payoff amount would be taken out later that afternoonAlso he did not tell me the payment via my checking account would take 2-daysAs my last payment to them was done via my checking account and taken out the same day I also will send the recorded messages I have where they admit their mistakeRegardless if I was behind or not if the agreement was for me to pay the payoff amount which I did, it is not my fault they didn't take it out which leads me to believe they already had planned to come an repossess my vehicle that next day period.I will send the recordingsAlso the fact that I requested paperwork prior to show my payoff amount and was denied even after they repossessed it I requested paperwork showing what amount I could pay to get my car back and was denied I also have that on recordI find it funny that I have only recently received any type of paper work after I have filed complaintsI know I will not see my car again and the fact that no one seems to see the wrong in this bothers me very muchSo what will the resolution be to this situation, I am still waiting to see.

Dear [redacted],We have received a copy of the complaint that you have provided to the Revdex.com. First and foremost we would like to apologize for any inconvenience that you may have experienced with respect to your auto loan financed by Condor Securitization Trust. After thoroughly reviewing your complaint, it is our understanding you are not satisfied with the response provided to you. Please be informed that per your loan contract, your payments are to be made on the 23" of every month for the amount of $399.97 starting 5/23/2013. As stated in your contract, your account is subject to additional fees if payments are not received within the terms. Be aware that for every returned payment, there is also a fee for insufficient funds. Per your payment history, there were numerous returned payments and frequent late payments as well. Although you made additional payments, these were applied to any previous past due balances and or fees accrued first and any remaining balance went towards your next upcoming billing. As previously explained, the payment we received on 4/15/2016 for the amount of $889.91 was applied to the months of November, December, and partial of January of 2016.Should you have additional questions, please feel free to contact our office at [redacted]. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) and on Saturday from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time). You may also speak directly with Complaint Resolution Specialist [redacted] She is a member of our Complaint Resolution Department and has been made aware of your correspondence. very seriously and we thank you for the opportunity to address your concerns.Upon review of your complaint, it is our understanding that you are unhappy with the collection calls have been receiving. Collection calls automatically begin anytime there are outstanding charges on an account. To help clarify why you have received calls over the life of this loan, we have included a copy of your payment history to the account. You will note that although account payments are due on the 3rd of every month, most months reflect payment received between the 21st and the 25th. This delay results in a late fee for the month, as well as supportive reminder calls until the account is brought current.Additional information you may find helpful in understanding your account status, is that when a Condor account is past due, payments made will first accommodate past due principal and interest, then currently due principal and interest, before finally paying any late fees. Your significant $1,190.00 payment received 5/25/16 did not pay off the late fees. Because your principal and interest are current to date, the account shows 0 days past-due. Because the late fees remain unpaid, a past-due balance is still owed, and supportive reminder calls have continued. We hope this helps clarify the calls you receive.Your next payment is due on 10/3/2016, in the amount of 371.15. This amount covers 12 months of unpaid late fees, as well as the remaining portion of the October principal and interest. If the balance is paid after your grace period, it will incur a late fee.If you have any further questions, one of our helpful Loan Advisors would be glad to review the account live with you, or help process a payment. We can be reached at [redacted]; Monday-Friday from 6:00AM-7:00PM (PST), and Saturdays from 7:00A- 12:00PM (PST).

details it is our understanding that you are disputing the amount owed on your account.Subsequent to reviewing your payment history, we have located the initiation of the ongoing issue. Due a missed payment on 9/23/2013, your account became delinquent by one month meaning that for every payment received thereafter, this was applied to any previous unpaid billings first and so on. In addition, there were numerous returned payments that of which escalated the delinquency on your account. Per a conversation with a representative on 4/4/2016, there was a total past due amount of $2,099.94 that of which did not include your monthly billing of April. The amount of $1,699.97 had to be paid in order to bring your account current; this amount was for the remainder of October and the months of November through March. Attached is a copy of your full payment history prior to the repossession of your vehicle. A last payment of $889.91 was in fact received on 4/15/2016 covering the unpaid months of November, December, and partial of January, however, this amount did not fulfill the total past due amount.Prior to the repossession of your vehicle on 4/22/2016, your account was past due in the amount of $2,240 that of which included your monthly billing for April. Per the conversation with one of the representatives on 4/22/2016, the amount of $1,810.03 was to be accepted in order to release your vehicle. This amount was for the remainder of January, the months of February though March, any late fees, and the repossession fees as explained during the conversation. As of today, your account is current with your next monthly billing coming due on 5/23/2016 for the amount of $399.97. Once again we apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you but we are in our legal rights to collect our collateral if the terms of the contract are broken.Should you have additional questions, please feel free to contact our office at [redacted]. all consumer complaints very seriously and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. Upon review of your complaint, we understand you are requesting transparency and a better understanding of your account history. We would be glad to provide this helpful response and included payment history. We would also like to clarify that in September 2015, San Diego-based Condor Securitization Trust, took over all accounts previously serviced by Condor Capital Corp in New York, which has since closed. Shortly thereafter, you were sent a Supplemental Loan Statement, outlining a reduction to your principal balance, in the amount of any previously mistaken fees. That document is also included with our response today. Inaccurate billing is not a practice of Condor Securitization Trust. Fees currently due to your account have been legitimately incurred in the months following corporate transition.Your current balance including November billing, is $2,470.00. The amount is due in full before 11/14/2016 to redeem the vehicle and avoid sale at auction. Due to the delinquency, payments must be received via certified funds:• Money Gram: Pay Code 7[redacted], or• Western Union Quick Collect: Pay Code City: Loan Payment / Pay Code State: CAA breakdown of this figure is included, and is comprised of the following:• Due Principal and Interest for July, August, September, October and November 2016• A one-time late fee for each monthly payment not received in full, to a current account, before the end of that months’ grace period.• Two NSF Fees for October transactions that failed due to Non-Sufficient Funds• Repossession Costs labeled as “Investor Advance”Our office can be reached at 888-986-8128, Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time).Sincerely,[redacted] Complaint Resolution Department Condor Securitization Trust
