Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The information you provided is incorrect. Information from there sister company that owned my loan before is not posted. from 3/2014 to 8/15/ 2015.  Also I had a charge in the "other" column for 163 on 8/10/2014.  My original contract was based off of 16% interest, since I'm on a deployment (from 2/15  untill now) my should change. The amount of the calculation is incorrect. Can you re estimate my arrangement based on my new interest rate. My amount should be cut in half if my new interest rate is now 6%. I should not have that amount of balance.
Regards,

complaints very seriously and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. Upon review of your complaint, it is our understanding that you feel insufficiently notified of the account delinquency, and consequently, that your vehicle was wrongly repossessed. We understand you are seeking both documentation, and the return of your vehicle.Upon reviewing your account, we see the balance has been paid, as of 10/22/2016, and as a result, the vehicle released to your possession. We offer our sincere congratulations on bringing your account current. The documents you requested have been included with this response for your records, and include a copy of your contract, payment history, and notifications sent regarding the delinquency.Regarding the claim of insufficient notification, our records indicate that in the six months leading up to vehicle repossession, you were sent 6 mailed statements, 7 mailed late notices, and numerous text messages and unanswered phone calls, including 30 voicemails requesting your return call. For this reason, we feel due diligence was in fact exercised. No return communication was received to discuss.Reviewing your call history, we show only one conversation on record in the time of our Servicing, from October 2015, where address, phone number and email were all verified as current. The conversation did not request to update the address on file. We do show your updated address, as listed on this correspondence, as of October 2016.Our office can be reached at 888-986-8128, Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time).Sincerely, Complaint Resolution Department Condor Securitization Trust

understand you have requested we re-issue a lien release in your name.  Unfortunately, we will not be able to grant this request. We understand the title to the vehicle lists the co-borrower as the owner. However, the title was originated at the dealership, Hemet Motors, where you purchased the vehicle and your account was sold to Condor. Condor has released the lien as of 2/13/2018. As such, Condor has no control over the title to the vehicle. very seriously and we thank you for the opportunity to resolve your concerns regarding the handling of your auto loan.Upon review of your complaint details it is our understanding that you express a concern in regards to the handling of your auto loan.Subsequent to reviewing your account, we have located your full payment history that of which explains the confusion on your account. Per you loan contract terms, payments are to be received on the 8” of each month for the amount of $251.97 starting 4/8/2013. Due to a missed payment on March of 2014, your account became delinquent by one month. Therefore, every payment received thereafter was applied towards your unpaid billings first. Please be informed that any late, missed, and or short payments will accrue late fees as stated in your contract. Per your payment history, you have made a total of 35 payments totaling $8,976.34 with the last payment received from you on 3/16/2016 that of which was applied towards your January billing and a partial of February. As of the date of this letter, your account is 48 days past due with a current due balance of $734.40 that of which includes the remainder of your February billing, month of March, upcoming month of April and late fees accrued. Due to the delinquency of your account, automatic payments were stopped until account is brought current and therefore payments are only accepted through certified funds. As explained by our representatives, your account requires immediate attention in order to avoid your account from escalating. On September 9, 2015 our offices relocated to a new location; on that day, a welcome packet was mailed to you explaining our new web portal access, phone number, email address, remit to address, etc. Per our notes, an incoming call was received on 10/19/2015 questioning the reason your payments had stopped being debited where our representative informed you of the new update that of which you agreed to set up a new account with your first payment being debited on 10/19/2015.Attached is a copy of your original loan agreement between yourself and Condor Securitization Trust for the financing of your 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt signed on 2/22/2013. Upon review of your account details we have determined that the maturity date set forth in your loan agreement is 5/24/2018, which is approximately 25 months into the future. Please keep in mind that the interest rate on your loan was set at 17.90% with a total amount financed to you of $10,169.88. Per your payment history, you are still responsible for the amount of $6,897.77 if payments are made as scheduled. We sincerely apologize for the misleading information but be informed that all calls are monitored and recorded for quality and training purposes as stated during every call received or made.Should you have additional questions, please feel free to contact our office at [redacted]. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The proposed action would indeed resolve my complaint but it has been 16 BUSINESS DAYS since the date you claimed to mail my check. In real time it has been almost 2 months since I first brought this problem to your attention. Why didn't you just credit it back to my account like you did the last time you double charged my account (3rd time in less than a year)?

details it is our understanding you are disputing the repossession of your vehicle.Subsequent to reviewing your account, we have located your full payment history. Per your payment history, the amount paid in June of 2015 for the amount of $3,044.41was applied towards your previous unpaid billings, accrued fees, and the fees associated with the repossession of your vehicle at that time. Please be informed that this amount did not credit your account the additional two months as stated in your complaint since we are not able to charge you for upcoming months. According to your payment history, this amount was applied successfully bringing your account current up until the month of June of 2015.Due to your account being various months behind, the following upcoming payments were applied to previous unpaid billings with your last payment of $350 on 3/13/2016 being applied towards the remainder of November and a partial of December of 2015. Prior to the recent repossession of your vehicle on 4/25/2016, your account was 126 days past due with a past due balance of $1,553.06 that of which included the remainder of December, the months of January through April, and any fee accrued with such.Per our notes, there were numerous outgoing phone calls, web service alerts, and statements informing you of delinquency of account with no success in getting in contact with you. Per an incoming call from you on 4/4/2016, our representative informed you of the amount needed to be paid in order to bring account current and avoid any escalation on your account. Per your request, account was notated with a promised payment for the total past due to be paid on 4/15/2016, however, no payment was received. At this point, due to the severe delinquency of your account, your account was under repossession review and multiple attempts to contact you were made. Due to the status of your account, your vehicle was repossessed on 4/25/2016.Once again we sincerely apologize for any inconveniences this may have brought you but we are in our legal rights to collect our collateral if contract terms are broken.Should you have additional questions, please feel free to contact our office at [redacted]. Dear [redacted] [redacted],We have received a copy of your response regarding the complaint provided to the Revdex.com, and thank you for your dedicated involvement in resolving your account.Upon review of your response, we understand there have been attempts at both online payments, and sending certified funds electronically.  Our system does reflect a history of both successful and failed online payments with a ‘Non-Sufficient Funds’ response.  We would like to help clarify that a Non-Sufficient Funds response is given whenever a payment fails, regardless of how it fails.  In your case it was due to the account number being off by one digit, from previous successful payments made to that same account. At this point in time, the delinquency can only be resolved with certified funds, via wire transfer, and must include your loan number.  To eliminate confusion, the correct details are provided below. The balance must be resolved prior to August 3rd, to avoid sale of the vehicle.  A payoff notice good though August 3rd has been provided today. Western Union Quick Collect Code: [redacted] [redacted]MoneyGram Code:[redacted] We hope this information is helpful in resolving your account balance.  If needed, our office hours are Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) and on Saturday from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time). Sincerely,Complaint Resolution DepartmentCondor Securitization Trust

understanding erroneously information might have been given by our representatives regarding your account. Please be informed that our offices relocated to San Diego on September 9, 2015. On that day, a welcome packet was mailed to you to the address on file. In this packet, our new remittance address, phone number, email address, web portal, etc. were all included for your knowledge. We have attached an additional copy for your records. You also state in your complaint of a letter you received on January 27, 2016 stating your account was 179 days past due. Per our notes, monthly account statements had been mailed to you starting September 2015; Enclosed is a copy of the first billing that was sent to you.Per your complaint details, you mention a letter from February 3" that of which gives a past due amount of $1,898.28. Subsequent to investigating your account, this letter was not mailed on February 3" as stated. We have attached the original copy of this letter that of which was mailed on 12/26/2015.As of January 2016 when you received the past due letter, your account was in fact 179 days past due. Prior to the payment you made for the amount of $1,000, the last payment we had received from you was on 6/26/2015. After reviewing your payment history thoroughly, we noted an inconsistency in your payments. Please be aware that for any unpaid billing, the next payment received from you will automatically be applied to that previous missed payment. For every missed payment, your account is subject to additional fees and interest accruals as stated in your loan contract. We have attached your full payment history which shows a breakdown of your payments.Due to the prolonged past due days, your account was repo initiated on 1/11/2016 since we had not heard from you. During this period, you must bring your account current and any past due amount must be paid in full .Per our notes, we received a call from you on 2/3/2016 in which you requested to make a payment of $1,500; however, due to our policies, we were only able to process a $1,000 payment viacredit card. Since your account had been placed on repo initiated status, the full past due amount could only be accepted via certified funds or western union. We apologize for any unclear information our representatives may have given you but no credit card payment should have been accepted which iswhere the issue originated.Prior to your payment on 2/3/2016, a new account statement was mailed to you on 1/27/2016 in which the new past due balance was $2,218.07 and your total amount due was $2,527.66. With that being said, your new past due balance after your payment was of $1,218.17; enclosed is a copy of this Statement.A western union payment was received on 2/5/2016 for the amount of $1,527.66 that of which covered all past due amounts. We can assure youthere were no additional charges on your account. As of today, your account is current with an upcoming billing due on 3/15/2016.Should you have additional questions, please feel free to contact our office at [redacted]. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
While I understand the business of collections, I do not wish to be called 2-3 times a day by different callers when I provide information to the first caller as to when I will make payment.  In addition, I continue to receive calls AFTER I have paid. This JUST happened!!!! I made a payment on Friday, 9/23 and on Monday, 9/26 I received a call asking for past due payment. I explained to the caller that I had just made a payment and that my next payment is not due until 10/3.  At that time is when he went into my account records, verified the info in the system, apologized and hung up.  If you call me and I tell you that you will get payment by the 25th, and that I am willing to pay the late fees, the info should be noted on the account and I should not be continually harassed, especially by multiple callers! I do not wish to be called until such a time when the amount due lapses beyond 30 days! My payments are due on the 3rd, I have a 10 day grace period which gives me until 10/13 and I pay by the 25th. Being less than 30 days past dues does not necessitate 2-3 calls a day IN ADDITION to the text messages I get from this company. t's absolutely ridiculous and a poor way to do business.  Also keep in mind that my original financing was NOT with this company, it was with Condor Capital who was very understanding of my situation. Unfortunately, they were sued out of business and this stupid as collection company took over and now the calls don't stop because they are simply that, a debt collector. Please stop harassing me!!!

all customer complaints very seriously and we thank you for the opportunity to address your concerns regarding the handling of your auto loan.   Upon review of your complaint, it is our understanding that you are concerned about the repossession of your vehicle despite your previous payments to the account. We would like to confirm the recent $400.00 payments referenced, all applied to this account. It appears that we have received the majority of your payments more than 10 days past your due date, thereby consistently incurring unpaid late fees. The accrued delinquencies resulted in the repossession of your vehicle. For your convenience, we have attached a copy of your payment history for your records, reflecting your account first fell behind in March of 2013.   Should you have additional questions, please feel free to contact our office at [redacted]. my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear
The company and its owner, [redacted] is a crook. He has been cited numerous times for his corrupt financing tactics. He was just shutdown Dec. 2015 and told to surrender all state licenses and not allowed to originate or oversee any loans. They turn right around and open up with a new name - Condor Securitization Trust and continue operating with corruption. Someone and every God given entity that has the power to not only ensure that they are out of business completely but Mr. [redacted] needs to be put in jail for how he operates. He looks at the financial regulators and the Justice system and just laughs. Because he continues to get what he wants and he surrounds himself with like minded people. My vehicle was repossessed this morning just as the other thousands of other customers. What he will do is either try to bilk more money out of those customers after he takes their car or simply resale the car. If this is allowed, Mr. [redacted] can get paid 4 times for the same car. He just keeps repossessing them and resaling them. It is bittersweet for me because I enjoyed the vehicle but did not like at all having to do business with Condor and Mr. [redacted]. So the split is somewhat a relief and a blessing all at the same time. I request that you not simply accept what this crooked man has to say but that someone actually do a indepth investigation to get to the bottom of what is truly going on. He continues to pack on astronomical interest rates on a daily basis to its customers. How can anyone ever pay the car off with such illegal financial tactics.
