I am rejecting this response because:The individual that is supposed to be a srresolution specialist, Christian R***has yet to enroll me in the correct dental plan - confirm coverage or confirm coverageHe does not answer his emails or return phone calls - or able to get me enrolled into the correct plan. MrC*** - this situation has been on going since July 2017. As of today, we are still trying to work with Christian, but still cannot get this corrected in a timely fashionThe year has calendar days remaining. Connect for Health is still "working on" it. is around the corner, and we still do not know IF and WHAT kind of coverage our family has. We have been having this ongoing dialogue since July 2017, as recent as this Revdex.com compliant/review submitted on 12/4/yet here we are on Dec20, and nothing is fixed. This is not visit to the grocery store where there was an error on a bill. It is a shame Connect for Health operates in this manner. I wish I could confidently say that our experience with you is an isolated case but as you can see from your other reviews and complaints (of course these are from only those who take the time to document it online) this sadly the practice.I hope that neither you or your family experiences this level of interaction from a company so ill-operated as this one.
