This is my replyI hope it can be addedI'm just getting over pneumonia so I couldn't reply soonerConserves reply is so ridiculous and I am so disappointed in their lack of professionalism Their reply just does not make senseI have faxed this over to Rory [redacted] this morning as well.January 14, MrRory [redacted] ,I entered into a contract with Conserve for rehab in April At that time I confirmed my current phone number at that time (same number I have had since around 2005)So this letter stating you called in February of is inconsequential since it was before I entered into the rehab contract with youFurthermore, I know for a fact that you have my correct number because when I call you, you already know who I am because of my number on your caller ID and it was confirmed with the person from Conserve I spoke to in November as wellI know you record your calls, you may want to listen to that call.The letter you wrote to the Revdex.com is completely ridiculousWhy would (I assume Joe ***) decide not to call a number that was verified with him during the set up of the contract, that showed up on the Conserve caller ID when I called him (he already knew who I was when I called) and is the contact number on the contract? And then wait until the rehab was almost complete (months later) to call my reference to get my number which you never even indicated was the reason for the callWho knows what number you called in February of but why would that call supercede a contract that was set up three months later?So you have my phone number, my address and my emailYou guys are completely unprofessional and if you do not want to honor your end of the contract that was set up in April with you, just stop debiting my accountYou have all the info you needIf you choose not to use it and create problems that are unnecessary when I am trying to do the right thing and get out of default, there is nothing I can do[redacted]

Conserve failed to admit their wrongdoing and refuses to remove the account from my credit reports despite paying the amount

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Multiple issues with their response, first it’s even indicated in their response the college never made me aware if this debt, because they were messaging me through the student portal and I was no longer a student which means I never received these messages until it was too late at that point it was with conserve collection, I had contacted fedloan servicing and had my balance put on hold meanwhile I left that schoolSecond, conserve never sends the letter they are talking about from the creditor, if it’s the case attached to this email but IThe contrary they have admitted to me on the phone and as per the colleges response also they agreed with me and I was informed from CsN that due to their error of never informing me outside of the student portal which I wasn’t accessing since I wasn’t enrolled anymore that they actually requested Conserve to remove it, even conserve admitted to getting This letter from their client however even in light of this evidence and the request of their client they still refuse to comply because as per their last response To me? They called it bartering which is not the case hereThey have been very difficult to work with and they are mishandling my record because of this bad notation that’s not supposed to be there] Regards, [redacted]

To ***My question is, what happened to the offset payment that NYHES took for the month of November 8th? Conserve informed me that NYHES would refund me that offset because Conserve would notify themUntil this date, I have not received that offset refund for November and Conserve said they would notify NYHES and that I am entitled to that refundConserve has done this to me throughout the course of the rehabilitation programInforming me of notifying NYHES and nothing occursI get bounced back and forth between both institutions; all I want is my issue to be resolvedI’m entitled to my November offset refund and; as indicated by Conserve on 11/14/via phone conversation with Conserve Representative all I want is this matter to be resolved once and for allWhy would Conserve inform me that yes I-am entitled to November ‘s refund and then as of December 17thI haven't receive it? Please help me resolve this matterI feel as though I am being victimized by both agencies when it comes to the refund of my November offset refund. Regards,

The complany sent a debt verification, which is inaccurateI paid the balance in total, which was never reflect from original debtor. I sent them cerified mail, disputing the debt with not response back form the companyCompany report account as derogatory before providing verification of
