The point of my complaint was the rep failed to notify me of the difference between a "paid collection", and being removed from the major credit bureausI only paid because I thought I was saving my credit which was not the caseI understand that the debt is mine thus my responsibilityHad I been advised that even if I paid the account in full it would still hurt my credit score, I would have paid it at time more convenient for myself Please reconsider your decision, I am a responsible young adult who made the mistake of taking units instead of units so that financial aid would disperseI do not want my credit to be ruinedThank you.

I initiated repayment on the pretenses that as long as I did not miss a payment that negative information would not be posted to my credit reportI have made all payments and despite this negative information was still posted to my credit report regarding a collections debtIt is very deceptive business practices to drop a multiple hundred dollar debt onto someone, imply that payments will prevent negative information being reported against your credit, then report negative information regardlessI would like all information regarding this debt removed from my credit report as long as I adhere to their repayment plan as implied

I do not care if I owe the school money, that will be dealt with accordingly, my problem is with ConServeThe additional fees they are trying to collect is a ripoffI can understand if it was a $late fee, but to charge $on top of what I already owe is infuriatingYou have no idea how upset this makes me as a consumer and tax payerIn addition, I noticed they sent a copy of the school's financial responsibility agreement to the Revdex.com, however, it is not even signed by me or anyoneRemember, my complaint has nothing to do with the schoolAlso, the company claims they contacted the creditor *** ***) and submitted an offer on my behalf to pay the school balance in the amount of $3,and they claim the school refused my offerThis is dumbThink about itWhy would they contact the school if the additional fees in the amount of $are coming from ConServe not the schoolThis is a scam and somehow the school is involved and both businesses seem to have collaborated and are using illegal tactics to threaten innocent consumers to pay more money in addition to their school balanceRemember, I complained against the school several months agoIn return, they retaliated against meThat's over and done withMy complaint is against ConServeThis company should be investigated for their unethical business tacticsI also noticed that this crooked company has several complaints against themAgain, I do NOT accept their response and I need them to remove these bogus charges immediately Regards,*** ***

I contacted the Revdex.com in JanThe prior complaint was concerning the fact that I was told that I needed to make qualifying payments to bring my account current for my student loans(I tried to
numerous times throught the department of education on the computer qualify for reduced payments but could not,my account was sent to CONSERVE) I contacted them and was told that in addition to the almost they were taking from my account that I could make qualifying payments of $and at that time the qarnishment would stopI agreed filled out paperwork and faxed it inThen after months I contacted conserve to give them the fax number to my work to stop the garnishment, and was told that those payments were not qualifyingand that I needed to pay more(i was never called or notified)I at that time contacted the Revdex.com, I explained that per the phone consult, based on the information I gave that I needed to make payments of dollars and then my account would be transfered to another lenderSOOOO, after this I called back numerouse times and was told since I filed a complaint that they could not talk to me, it was in the complaint departmentIn June after no resolution, and still recieving garnishments we can't afordI was told after looking at my finacials I now needed to pay plua the almost I felt like I had no choice so after hours of more phone conversations I filled our the paperwork and faxed it inI called in once again confirmed my checking account information with the person on the phone and the supervisor that got on the phoneI was told once again to call back in November to give them the fax number to stop garnishmentWhen I called they said the transactions were denined .I was madLong story short after confirming the card number and expiration date, someone wrote it down wrong, I had to spend an hour on the phone with my bank to find out what code meant because they didn't knowConserve wrote it down my expiration date as instead of 2018, (THEY HAD NO RECORD OF THE EXPIRATION DATE) I again asked them why they didn't call, as I have numerous times they said the number dosn't work I have had the same number for yearsThey were able to confirm both numbers without me saying them but couldn't explain why they did not work! and now this company says I have to start over again for ANOTHER MONTHS.!!!! it has been over a year I have had two contracts with them I have upeheld my end of the dealI am a teacher, loosing my house due to forcloser because they will not stop garnishing my wagesI want them to stop garnishing my wages and transfer the account to another companyNOW SUSPEND THE GARNISHMENT!!!

I have reviewed ConServe's response and I would like to state that I
telephoned ConServe and spoke with Ed a representative in ConServe's office. I told him I spoke with the U.SDepartment of Education and they clarified the mistake of the credit bureau's. They told me I do not owe $300,in student loans and that the credit bureaus mistakenly have duplicate many of the same loans on my credit reports, so the reports are inaccurate. I told Ed that the "offset" is being stopped after this next month and when that happens I will call Ed and arrange a payment for the loans I owe. Ed was very helpful and I was happy to talk to him about this situation. I think that thee problem here was "poor" reporting to the credit bureaus where I began to have problems when I hired *** *** I think they are a scam and had them refund my money Again, I will contact Ed at ConServe and set up a payment plan when the "offset" has stopped. Also, I did receive a package from ConsServe giving me the documentation of my loans. I looked over the documentation and noticed that my signature is nowhere to be found on the documentation anywhere which is rather suspicious At this time, I will give ConServe the benefit-of-the-doubt.I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
