[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]This is not the basis of my complaint. I never said the company was contacting me. I asked why they're requesting my income information if 1) this is not my loan and this loan was taken out before we got married 2) there has already been an agreement on amount to be paid and because I have no financial responsibility regarding this loan I will not be paying or helping to pay the monthly charges 3) if we are separated and don't live in the same household, obviously my income will not be combined with anything he may earn in the future nor will it be used in the present to assist in taking care of this debt. Additionally, I am not at liberty to disclose this information due to the sensitive nature of my employment.

reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Conserve insist that I
received documents informing me of this debt and signifying the fees that they
(conserve) have added. Know that just because mail was not returned to your
office stating “return to sender” doesn’t give you validation that the debt in
question is in indeed justified.  I never
received any document in the mail from Conserve. Furthermore, if I placed a
call into your office stating that I never received any document stating that I
didn’t receive a mail communication… Your office should have sent that
communication out upon request be it verbally or not. I don’t believe a written
request is needed to receive debt validation documents. Furthermore,  I was informed by a
manger in your office that [redacted] is responsible for adding collection fees to the
account. Which was proven to be untrue.  I called the business office at [redacted] and they informed me that they
DONOT add collections fees to accounts. So here is my counteroffer, I will
agree to pay a onetime payment of $3200. Upon receipt of payment I request again
that Conserve remove this account from my credit report with all three credit
bureaus ([redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]). I want to be done with this situation
and Conserve for that matter without being strung along any more than I already
have been.

Monique Alexander

[Multiple issues with their response, first it’s even indicated in their response the college never made me aware if this debt, because they were messaging me through the student portal and I was no longer a student which means I never received these messages until it was too late at that point it was with conserve collection, I had contacted fedloan servicing and had my balance put on hold meanwhile I left that school. Second, conserve never sends the letter they are talking about from the creditor, if it’s the case attached to this email but I. The contrary they have admitted to me on the phone and as per the colleges response also they agreed with me and I was informed from CsN that due to their error of never informing me outside of the student portal which I wasn’t accessing since I wasn’t enrolled anymore that they actually requested Conserve to remove it, even conserve admitted to getting This letter from their client however even in light of this evidence and the request of their client they still refuse to comply because as per their last response To me? They called it bartering which is not the case here. They have been very difficult to work with and they are mishandling my record because of this bad notation that’s not supposed to be there. ]

reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Conserve was required to notify me no later than 30 days after reporting this information in writing, which did not occur -- a violation of the FCRA & FDCPA. No (required) written notification by mail was received, as stated in the previous response. Can Conserve furnish proof that this was mailed out to me? I was never contacted about a debt owed. My first knowledge of this was a credit tracking notification.[redacted]

reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Unfortunately the response received does not address the root concern in this matter. ConServe acknowledged that on January 24th, I, [redacted], the complainant, did call their organization to obtain the details and terms regarding a payment arrangement. I, the consumer, was given inadequate and inaccurate information about the terms and process. ConServe and their representatives are the subject matter experts regarding the guidelines and processes related to payment arrangements, NOT consumers. Consumers should not be faulted and suffer adverse financial impact for ConServe’s misguided direction. An agreement was not made at the time of the original engagement on January 24th, 2018 due to the fact the terms were not properly presented by ConServe. Again, an outsider, the average individual who does not deal with matters of their industry, would not be privy to the terms and process in question and can not be expected to act in accordance with information which was not communicated.Organizations must be held responsible and accountable for the information communicated to the public. If the referenced payments can not be applied then the organization must find a way to issue reimbursement in the amount of $1086 for the financial loss I am suffering due to the inaccurate information communicated. Please be reminded omission of pertinent information is considered unfair trade practice and ConServe is in direct violation of NY’s General Business Law §349.

my view is that I never requested cease communication, so to be kick off the program is a retaliation against me for complaining. sent emails to conserve and never received response. have paid more than the 10 pyts and keep getting kicked off program- so has had to restart over and over again. which is not allowing me the right to resolve my debt and they are taking the monies but not applying to my account. I will seek the next step to contact dept.education

Problem:After filing a complaint with you earlier this year they stopped servicing my account properly applying my payments and sending me statements. I sent in my income and personal...

reference information to them per their request..never received a statement after that. I need the statements to pay them by check which is my right they stated that I had to set up automated payments off of a card which I do not have to do I am well within my legal right to send them a check every month they also by law have to send me a monthly statement of my account. Because of this they seem to think they are deserving of another 4000 in interest this account would not be in collections in the first place if they sent statements to the person it was intended to go to. They are rude unprofessional and do not follow the law.TranslateDesired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution:Billing AdjustmentselectDesired Outcome:I would like this company to follow the law and stop trying to add debt to me. My next step is an attorney.

On November 14th I spoke with a representative M. Green that informed me my offset from NYSHES would be refunded to me as of 11/13/2017. She explained that NYSHES would no longer take the offset from my disability check as of the date aforementioned, but I explained to her that an offset had already been taken (11/8/17). She went on to explain that; that offset would be refunded to me as well. That I was enrolled in a 9 month program and I began in April and it runs through December, making November the 8th month and December the conclusion of the program.  With this information, I’m still short one offset month refund for November 8th,2017.I would like to know when this would be addressed. In the interim I am trying to communicate with NYSHES with removing the negative marks to my credit report, as per Ms. [redacted] from Conserve instructed me that it would have to be NYSHES that would need to remove the negative hits for Conserve is a Debt/Rehabilitation Program.
