One day one lady came from constellation energy company to my business and and said we ha better price for electronic services our price is fixed and I told her no I dont want itAnd she came again and told me many things and I reject her offer and she came again third time and offer me and and she opend a account..and I didnt even used their service for months and some other energy suppliers open a account without my permission and constellation account closed due to new account opend..now I received the email it says I owe them for what I dont know even if it is cancellation fees they didnt disclosed anywhere how much is it..Iam receiving phone calls from different phone numbers saying I owe them money which I didnt even use for a month.Iam feeling harassed by this issue I really need help..I never heard that big amount for something I didnt used...and the account is already cancelled I have a account number for this constellat Product_Or_Service: Energy distribution Acco

I was legally switched to this company without even knowing that I was getting billed by them I was a customer of Public Service Electric & Gas for over years all the sudden I was switched to Constellation Energy without my consent why my bill skyrocketed to $a month from only $a monthThis happened beginning April 1st

I never asked to enroll in Constellation, so for them to send a letter saying that I selected them is deceptive I received a letter from Constellation stating, We are happy you selected Constellation as your energy supplier and they have already notified my local utility companyMy utility company advised that they cannot make the switch because there was an error, that can be resolved if I call Constellation I have never heard of Constellation and never selected them as my energy supplierFor them to send a letter saying that I need to call and fix an issue with my provider switch is representation (and deception)

They keep signing me up for their service without my signature or consent They call and say "we are calling from the company ***" and then offer to show me where their "company name" is on my bill They knock on my door and say they are from the city to validate I'm receiving some kind of government-provided discount This is, quite simply, a scam company Stay away

Unprofessional service rep, possibly a scammer Man came to my door at 5:pm claiming to be a service rep for ConstellationI do not use ConstellationHe tried to get me to let him into my apartment to see my billsI told him to leaveHe tried a few more times before he left after I repeatedly told him I do not get service from Constellation
