The web site which is supposedly for account management is not and continues to direct you to a referral link to get them more business

During door-to-door solicitation, company rep told me that I had to buy his company's product; claimed I would violate a city law if I didn't A representative of this company came to my door around 3pm on Feb 14thHe said that, based on a law passed by the city of Champaign IL, all homes were now required to buy his company's energy productsHe insinuated if I did not sign up, I would be in violation of local lawHe wanted me to show him a bill to see if we already had the serviceHe was overall extremely pushy, and would not leave until I asked him multiple times

A door-to-door representative went to our elderly client's home a year ago soliciting a better rate for gas The rate that the client is paying is times the rate charge provided by our local supplier, which the client was deterred from Today I called Constellation with the elderly client to cancel his account with them and informed them of the rate issue The client is being charged $a therm while the local company charges $a therm I was told the best negotiable rate they could offer would be at $a therm We declined their offer and proceeded with the cancellation Since the client was locked in at their rate for months and only have gone by, they are now charging a cancellation fee of $on top of their $a therm I told them that we will be disputing the cancellation charge and reporting them to the Revdex.com They guaranteed our client a lower rate than the local supplier, but ended up charging him times the amount for a whole year and will not

constellation energy used unfair practices to keep billing me for services I asked to terminate over a year ago constellation contacted me and stated that they will be able to lower my gas and electirc rates with their programi gave the company a try to see if they couldafter a cpl months I noticed that there was no savings and contacted their customer service to stop servicei poke with an agent and I eplained that constellation was not helping and I want to terminate serviceconstellation continued to charge me dollars a month for the next yeari finally reqached out to ask why are they still carging me when my services should be terminatedi was told that just me calling to terminate my service was not specific enough and although they terminated the electric side of the bill the gas side was still in effecti have an email from them of when I asked for them to terminate and they agreednow my bill is several thousands over and no one from that company will help

You call them to cancel service and they tell you they will and then do not Said they would cancel if they could not find a better rate and never did Then their website would never send a correct verification code to log in to see what was going on

Their bill pay system double dipped me on my bill for $in February I was told even though I could provide them with proof the money had been taken out of my account, that it would take to weeks to give me my money back Since winter was over and it would take months to use up that much gas I asked them to credit my account It is May 24th now and they claim they sent me a check I asked them just to credit it back to the account since I do not want to wait any longer They claim it will take to business days to investigate whether the check has cleared How incompetent are these people? It should take less than minutes to see it hasn't been cashed and then stop payment and re-credit the account
