gift card not delivered l was offered dollars in gift cards if l switched my gas and electric to constellation l switched and got a dollar gift card for the pass two weeks l have been in touch with there customer service deptfive times they keep telling me they are going to email me the card.Constellation is just giving me the run around and no dollar gift card.l feel they are taking advantage of seniors citizens

Locked in a contract-ripped off & overcharged! We were duped into this 'alleged' contractWe kept asking for proof of one and were told it was 'verbal'The owner was under the impression he was locking his rate in for years and Constellation stated he signed up for 4! Nothing was was ever clear with this company.They now want to charge over $to get out of this 'alleged contract' and refuse to lower their rate to what they are now offering to other customersIf we make the switch to another company (which we are going to do) the cost for cancellation will be absorbed because of the SIGNIFICANT difference in cost When we did the math on the bill, we are actually paying EVEN MORE than what is on this 'alleged' contract!! I had to speak with a supervisor to get the fee for cancellation after several promises of return calls I never received.Very very poor customer service.THIS COMPANY IS A NIGHTMARE-I WOULD STAY FAR FAR AWAY!

Constellation Energy enrolled me into a plan that I did not request or ask to been rolled in My Light bill has been fluctuating each month and today I took the time to call the light company and was told that I was signed up with Constellation Energy and that each month from May by account was being increased to one total or another., Example in May I paid additional cost of $54.76, June $69.40, July $93.07and August $99.04.I called and spoke to a Jackie at Constellation Energy that tried to get to the bottom and was unable to I asked her to please ensure me that I am not a customer of her company and I and I am requesting this in writing that I am not a customer Jackie told me she was sending me to a resolution unit to helpShe stated to days I may get a letter I was then transferred to a Rose ID#***,she was as rude as she could with me trying to explain to her my issue I did not sign up for this service at these rate/ cost and that I do not want the service she proc

Sales reps were going door to door in [redacted] and tricking people into switching electrical service On July 1st sales reps for Constellation came to our house and told us that we were supposed to have received a $gift card from our electrical provider, [redacted] They claimed that they needed to see our electrical bill to make sure we would receive itThey also told us that we would need to sign a paper and assured us that it was just to verify that they had talked to us about itWe told them no thank you (they were trying to trick us into switching to their service) A little while later another employee came to the door and began beating on it loudlyMy elderly mother just locked the door and waited for them to leaveOur neighbors told they had the same experienceI went to the police and reported the behaviorThey checked with Ameren and confirmed that there was no such gift card

I have never signed up for ConstellationI have never even heard of constellationI have always had [redacted] and paid all my bills Now out of no where i'm receiving letters from a collections agency saying that I owe money I've never opened an account with this company
