I have had a WONDERFUL experience with Charlotte and Rajvinder whom I dealt with @ CDPCL. They are EXTREMELY knowledgeable, helpful & caring. I got the assurance and the detailed knowledge of the process from them; initially, Charlotte provided the information and how to start the process and later Rajvinder took over and completed the process in a professional way at a reasonable time with my utmost satisfaction. She was always there whenever I needed to discuss or needed clarification on few steps of the complicated process. They both dealt with me with compassion and respect which made me felt welcome to them and the CDPCL.

I had great experience with Consumer Debtor Protection of Canada. They where able to help me with my dept build up and able to reduce to 27%. Plus I am glad to find this organization. I would recommend if anyone unable to control your dept to look up the company.

On October 3rd funds were withdrawn my my account to cover the cost of this adventure. October 5th I told them I wanted to cancel the process. First they told me that I could not get a refund. After several phone conversations, they emailed me a refund form on October 7th. On October 7th the refund form was faxed to the office. I am still waiting for my money. I find it disturbing that they took my money so fast from my account, but are so slow to return it. I am still waiting...................

I have been in contact with Rajvinder and before that --- with Christine et al and every time, the service that I got was excellent. Raji spent the most time with me , reassuring me that Consumer Debtor Protection was legitimate .

More than that, she has step by step taken me through hoops of explanation. Many times, I was frustrated about technical requirements and I am moved and very inspired by how patient she was!! I am in tears about what has become possible for me---
For many years, I have been passionate about Africa. AND since I moved to Victoria from Ottawa--- I have had countless challenges: I had rented my furnished home in Hull Quebec to a man who not was not able to even hook up the utilities or pay the rent!. Then, along with his drug -addicted partner, they demolished my home and stole everything possible (light fixtures, a wall system attached to the wall etc.) I hired people to repair etc. and then sold it at a substantial loss--- Before that, I always had my own home and was very successful as a teacher plus a single parent of 2 sons and a daughter.

I have been very active with Results Canada--- having Poverty be history. In addition, I have been diligent with KEEF-- a scholarship for secondary students and am a Canadian mother of Nelson who I finally met in 2013. He had just bought 3 cows for his parents and is supporting his brother and deceased brother's families. Janice and I supported him from elementary school through to a B.Com.. via KEEF.

Raji was so clear and efficient with her coaching ! I am a Life Coach and learned much from how she communicated with me!! I treasure my relationship with her!! What a patient, thorough woman she has consistently been!! I would get immediate attention and sometimes wondered when she slept!!
