I have had nothing but positive results and actions with this company over the past four months. I was quite happy with the process. Though the fees may seem a little high, you're paying for professional service and piece of mind. My adviser kept regular phone and email contact with me, responded to my questions promptly (always within 24 hours, usually within the same day), and helped me through everything, as well as offering advice when needed. Very happy with my overall experience.

The agent Bernadett that helped me work through the whole process was extremely friendly, showed compassion and did in no way judge me,yet she was very professional.I would recomend her .

I Ben B. are unable to work ,and it happen to me that some one came up with a extremely big bill that I need to pay out in full immediately , and I had NO WAY of doing that . so I fund this people C D P C on line and inform them about my problem . and these people are extremely helpful the just did every thing for me .the was open for payments to them as I could handle and the a range all my debt and give me slow payments ,and that makes my live so mush easier . even if I will pay for many years , but its so nice to know that the are having my creditors under control that the stop pressuring me and no more stress about losing my furnitures because of my debt . This agency is first class. Within seconds of completing the information sheet, I received a phone call. Mahvish was great. She spent so much time with us to support and assure us that a consumer proposal is valid and suited for our financial situation.
Many hours and phone calls were spent in this process and she was so pleasant and knowledgeable.

After our initial introduction to the program by Mahvish and completing all of the requirements for the first stage, we were then greeted by Andrea for orientation.

We then spent the remainder of our preparation with Elena who coordinated and finalized all of the required information details to our consumer proposal.

She was always very courteous and pleasant. A very warm and happy person to speak to on a regular basis to complete our proposal. She loves her work and the people she helps during financial struggles.

It does take a lot of time and patience from all parties to make this proposal happen.

The company has made us realized that there was still hope after suffering from financial difficulties. The staff from CDPCL has been very nice and respective. Especial mention to Stephanie A. who was very helpful during the start of our application for the proposal. Elena D., the ccount manager assigned to us Has been supportive of our needs and was able to answer all our questions.They were been available to answer our phonecalls all the time and if not always made sure to call and email back to handle our concerns. My experience was at the beginning it was very frastrating I was getting calls that are not important while not answering my email also was so much slow start asking for documents that already there when I change a person to deal with which was Elena she was amazing professional and walked me wit his issue step by step and answered all my questions she assured me it will be done right and she did I commend her professional approach and her skills were very satisfying my journey to the finish line and I personally appreciate her ability to listening and understanding the issue was amazing.
