Our experience with CDPC was very positive.

They were helpful and informative and pleasant, guiding us through a rough time in our lives. They were always able to answer our questions or find out answers if they didn't have them immediately. They were patient and kind and understanding.

Our original contact, Olga D.walked us through the initial process and was there for us even after we were assigned a counsellor.

Elana D., our counsellor, was a joy to work with. If I could meet her in person, I would give her a huge hug.

I hope we are never in a position again to need their services, but if we are would definitely use CDPC again!

I have been in contact with Rajvinder and before that --- with Christine et al and every time, the service that I got was excellent. Raji spent the most time with me , reassuring me that Consumer Debtor Protection was legitimate .

More than that, she has step by step taken me through hoops of explanation. Many times, I was frustrated about technical requirements and I am moved and very inspired by how patient she was!! I am in tears about what has become possible for me---
For many years, I have been passionate about Africa. AND since I moved to Victoria from Ottawa--- I have had countless challenges: I had rented my furnished home in Hull Quebec to a man who not was not able to even hook up the utilities or pay the rent!. Then, along with his drug -addicted partner, they demolished my home and stole everything possible (light fixtures, a wall system attached to the wall etc.) I hired people to repair etc. and then sold it at a substantial loss--- Before that, I always had my own home and was very successful as a teacher plus a single parent of 2 sons and a daughter.

There are no words that can adequately convey my gratitude to Raji!! it seems that all of my dreams are being fulfilled--
I have been very active with Results Canada--- having Poverty be history. In addition, I have been diligent with KEEF-- a scholarship for secondary students and am a Canadian mother of Nelson who I finally met in 2013. He had just bought 3 cows for his parents and is supporting his brother and deceased brother's families. Janice and I supported him from elementary school through to a B.Com.. via KEEF.

Raji was so clear and efficient with her coaching ! I am a Life Coach and learned much from how she communicated with me!! I treasure my relationship with her!! What a patient, thorough woman she has consistently been!! I would get immediate attention and sometimes wondered when she slept!!

Recently I found myself in a situation to which I was left a large unsecured debt. I was not even aware of my situation until it hit a critical state. I placed a call after a little research to CDPC make no mistake I was apprehensive. I was connected with a woman by the name of Mellissa B. I was immediately put at ease by her enpecable communication skills. I found Mellissa to be very empathic , professional , curious and an ability to make a person feel comfortable at perhaps their lowest. In today's climate of impersonal internet world I found that Mellissa supercedes the "norm". Mellissa made me feel comfortable took her time to explain and answer my questions, when she said she would call me back she did. I appreciated the time she took and her patience, follow up skills and professional attitude . It was a pleasure to deal with her. I must reiterate that my past experiences with individuals in a telephone environment have for the most part unacceptable, this was not the case dealing with Mellissa. I hope that she will be rewarded for her outstanding job performance. Thank you Mellissa you are a rare gem . I wish you all the success you deserve .

CDPCL has been very helpful to me. They are always prompt in returning my calls and emails especially Bernadett K., my account manager. They provided outstanding service. They always keep me informed on what is happening with my application. They made me feel that my welfare is their top priority.

My experience with this company was good up to the point of dealing with the trustee who informed me that I could have saved 1500$ if I had gone to him first. I did ask questions about the money . I assumed it cost 1500$ to file a consumer proposal but it costs nothing if you go straight to a trustee. They knew how I struggled to pay the "fee" and nobody said a word . I assumed it was what was needed as that figure was on all other web sites as well . I doubt I would get any money back if I asked

I was struggling to keep up to the necessary minimum payments due to my creditors when a friend of mine recommended to me to contact Consumer Debtor Protection of Canada for their help. I contacted them and they were very helpful and gave me Elena D. to work on my case. She was quite considerate and understanding when I was struggling to meet their deadlines on filling out necessary paper work on details of my problems and my case. It took me a year of struggling to pay off my debt but between the fees and interest, etc. it was impossible to even make any headway. I finally admitted defeat and called CDPCL for help. From the onset I received information on the process of Consumer Proposal and what it meant. Different people within that organization answered my question but it was most of my dealings were with Nadia S. in the beginning and then Grant N.. They enabled me to feel better about myself and my decision to go through this process and at this point I'm feeling a lot less stressed. I would highly recommend this organization to anyone who asks as they are kind to their clients as well as very knowledgeable and helping with all the steps on the way. Thank you CDPCL!

These folks were proactive from the get-go, and very diligent. I felt very well looked after. They made the whole debt proposal process relatively painless. I would absolutely recommend them.

I was pleased with my experience and got delivered the promised results. It took longer than expected due to a delay in documents which was on my part. Overall I am pleased and happy.

This experience has been handled professionally, attentively, thoroughly, and with thoughtful communication. When you reach a point that you ask for help for financial support a person is "hanging on by a thread", emotionally, as well as overwhelmed with the debt they are responsible for.
