I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I deny dismissal of the claim that I filed against Consumer Priority ServicesThis company is responsible for very poor customer service in which held up the life of my companyAlso, CPS breached their company policy due to late reimbursement feesHowever, I did receive a check, the check was late, and I recieved it in a very unprofessional mannerThey claimed that a check was previously mailed out to me and it may have got lost in the mail as to why I didn't recieve itWhat seems to be weird to me is that they processed my check, and my damaged computer on the *** of MayHowever, I recieved my damaged computer as scheduled, but the check didn't comeCPS is saying that everything is now settled, I disagreeThis place is terrible and they wasted alot of my time! The public must know that this company has horrible customer service.

the estimate for this customer’s repair, the customer’s preferred service center was dispatched to complete the repair on their appliance.  This customer is good to go!   Thank you,  From the Customer Experience Office

My 65” Samsung 4K LED TV had lines on the screen which only appeared an hour after watching. I had the CPS 3 year plan and called them to file a claim. 1st off, the call center rep Mike was very helpful. He put in the claim and did some basic troubleshooting over the phone to try and fix it. It didn’t repair the issue so he set up a service call with the Samsung technician. The only appointment was 4 days out, I wanted something quicker since I was having company over but they were unable to accommodate me. Long story short they came out with 2 guys, popped open the set and repaired some connections to the board. I would say they were in and out within 45 minutes. The TV is working fine now, two thumbs up.

I've had a high end dslr camera warranty with them for 4 years now and will never even think of sending them my camera again! Each time I needed something to be fixed, the repair time took longer and longer and there was no answer from them on why this was happening. They didn't even fix what I sent the camera in for the last time, and my camera came back to me with my sensor scratched. They took forever to return my calls and get back to me with my issue, and then they wouldn't admit they scratched it and wanted to charge me $1,500 to get it repaired. I had photo proof that they scratched it and they wouldn't listen to me until my lawyer sent them a letter threatening to sue them if they didn't fix my camera that they broke. I did finally get it fixed, but not before not having my camera at a critical time when I needed it. So if you want lousy service, liars, slow repair time, horrible customer service, and not even the comfort than your appliance will be fixed properly, get a warranty with CPS Central. I am a professional photographer and not an ametuer too.

I used to live in an LBPM managed property a few years ago. Since then, I've moved to another building. However, I was always impressed by how nice and reasonable their staff was. Definitely one of the things I look for now with property management companies.

won't ever use again.
paid for 2 years of protection but since I filed a claim within first 4 months, that was all I got, no warnings and no help. overall a bad experience.

We are assisting this customer in obtaining an estimate for their product’s repair, so that their product can be repaired completely.  Even though this customer is outside of their CPS warranty period, we still want to do our best to help them with this repair request.  This customer was very happy with the outcome, and is good to go!

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The Fitbit has not been replaced or repaired, yet.

The company and I have been playing phone tag.  They have called me and I have returned their phone calls.  They have emailed me and I have been emailing them.   They have finally asked me to return the item to them and I am now waiting for them to send me a replacement.  However, they have only indicated that they will "try to get me a replacement".  They did not commit by saying they "will get me a replacement".  They are blaming this on Fitbit company but my complaint is not against Fitbit company.  My complaint is against CPS on their handling or lack of handling my 2 year warranty. So now it has become a waiting game.
I purchased a set of window blinds earlier this year with a 12 month warranty.   A few months into the use of those blinds, one of them became defective.  I contacted the seller and they sent me a new blind.  A few months later the replacement blind became defective.  I contacted the seller, again, and, even better than before, they sent me two window blinds, just for my troubles.
When I purchase a vehicle with a 3 year warranty, the dealer does not tell me his commitment to the warranty has been fulfilled when I take the vehicle in for service after 6 months.  No, that warranty is still good until the 3 year period has expired.
This is why we purchase items with warranties that have defined expiration periods…3 years, 36,000 miles, 24 months, 30 days, and in the case of the Fitbit warranty I purchased through your company, 24 months.  I received two emails from your company shortly after purchasing the 24 month warranty.  Neither of them convey any documented references to the warranty being fulfilled after the first warranty claim.  Where is that in writing?  Not in America.  Maybe in some third world country, but in America, when we purchase a 2 year warranty, it is for the entire 2 year period. I don’t want you to refund the purchase amount of the warranty.  I want you to use integrity, no matter how minuteor diminutive, and commit to honoring your 2 year agreement to repair or replace my now and once again defective Fitbit. The Fitbit has been mailed back to you.

Excellent service and a quick repair. I bought the coverage about 2 years back for my Dell laptop. A few days ago the screen went black and it powered down, I tried to reboot but it was not responding. That night I submitted a claim online and brought my unit in for service the next day. The laptop was repaired the same day and the best part is all of my data was saved. It was quick service and they were very easy to work with. Thanks again guys, appreciated.

I got a CPS warranty for a fridge I bought around 3 years ago. It totally died and I called CPS to have someone look at it ASAP. Insurance companies always try and make you jump through hoops but honestly it was pretty smooth. They sent out a repairman by the next morning, and had my fridge running the following day.
I would definitely recommend anyone to purchase a CPS warranty because stuff breaks and they fix it quickly.

I have spoken to the Rep October **, 2015.  I am exhausted dealing with this.  He said that he would send me an email with a proposal I have yet to see it.  Also, I have had the same problem with the refrigerator months after receiving it.  I never got ONE good year of use.  His quote of the type of refrigerator was wrong and the amount to replace it is way below market value.  I cant even by a refrigerator like the one I have with his quote.
Also, like I stated, this refrigerator is causing illness.  To drive this home, I had my grandson over this weekend who also has issues with asthmas and allergies.  Two days later he is flow Medivac to Childrens hospital.  I am sitting here with him as we speak  Once I get my mind together, I am going to have to try legal.  I'm absolutely done.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Mitsubishi has no responsibility to me after 1 year of warranty that comes with the TV they sold me. I have no reason to  sue Mitsubishi or join a class action suit against them. My feud is with CPR who refuse to honor an extended service contract  that was paid for. Their maneuver to relegate responsibility to Mitsubishi is hereby rejected. This is what fraud looks like ; a drift  to a dishonest path. NO!  Thank you Revdex.com for your effort.

So far this company has been wonderful. The customer service team has been very helpful and polite. Easy to use website and genuine good service.

Used these guys for insurance on a Smart watch Ebay purchase. Took my 17 bucks and gave me one year of insurance. When the watchface cracked I called to file a claim where I was informed the Watchface on a watch was not covered under their plan. Nothing like this was stated in the policy. If it was it is hidden in the very very fine print.
