Review: I purchased extended warranty coverage with my dishwasher. I registered the extended warranty as required and provided Model and Serial Number. I now needed to file a claim and they are denying because the policy I was sold (and duly registered) was for a lesser expensive unit. I offered to pay the difference but they wouldn't allow me to pay the difference or refund me the amount that I already paid.Desired Settlement: I would either like for them to honor the warranty or refund me the amount that I paid.

Review: Purchased washing machine on 5-**-2012. Washing machine Broke on 7-*-14 which was repaired, broke again 2-*-16, cost estimate to repair was $540.00, CPS offered me $340.00 for the washer. The warranty plan was purchased for 11 years, later changed to 10 years. I purchased warranty [redacted], member [redacted]. The coverage length was to be 10 years, of which I have used the washer for only 45 months. That being said I only received 45/120 use of the washer. 45 months of the intended 120 month life as guaranteed by the warranty. As such the washer cost me $1274.95. I believe I am due a refund of the remaining life value of the washer or 75 months of 120 months times the original value. or 75/120 times $1274.95 which equals $796.84.Desired Settlement: I want to be fairly compensated for the product. If they will not repair it I want to be able to replace it. as stated above I calculated the value. I feel they should stand by their product that I was sold.

Review: Purchased a DSLR camera online from a new york store on August 2015. The camera came with this warranty - did not know its this company. The camera one day stopped working - seems to be a problem with the shutter. Did a research online hoping to find a fix or just fix it myself. Found out that this is a common problem with this camera. I decided to just send the camera to this company to avail of the warranty. Now I received an email saying its not covered because it a physical damage. I did not in anyway dropped the camera. The external body is still pristine and its less than a year old. They did not provide information as to why its classified as a physical damage and they want to charge me $1,075.00! Almost the same amount of a brand new camera!.Desired Settlement: I want them to provide me with a detailed information and for the company to honor my warranty. The camera is less that a year old.
