[redacted] and [redacted] cleaned our chimney and they were both professional, courteous and respectful We had been advised and ordered a new damper, but [redacted] and [redacted] stated that it wasn't going to help the problem we are having with the fireplace smoking, which saved us a lot of money [redacted] spent a long time explaining why our fireplace/chimney isn't working properly We would definitely recommend these two gentlemen to anyone

We had EXCELLENT service from Fireplaces Unlimited - especially with Kevin B*** We had two other companies in to give us a quote and neither one of them did the background check that was required One company had the nerve to say to seal two windows until AFTER the propane stove was installed and once approved open them back up - WHAT?!? Kevin made sure that everything was up to code and that our propane tank could handle the additional load He reviewed the conduit, iron piping, length of pipe run and regulators The other two companies didn't even look at the propane tank Kevin wasn't just about the sale - his concern was us THAT is what customer service should be all about!
