Fireplace Unlimited's representative, [redacted], did an excellent cleaning job on our gas fireplace. Not only did he clean the fireplace but he also touched up the paint in the firebox and gave us some tips on how to ensure it's good operation in the future.

This was [redacted]'s first time at our house - since I myself am in customer service I really appreciated the fact that he used drop cloths. He was pleasant and professional and his attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Would be happy to have him back as a our service tech.

Nick and his partner were very good when servicing the stove cleaned it and the outside pipes very well very happy with the service.

[redacted] did a very professional installation of a fan in our main floor fireplace. Upon our request of information concerning a gas fireplace to be installed in our finished basement he offered terrific suggestions.
