The company service person Dan arrived at our residence exactly on time as scheduled, his attire was neat and clean and he politely introduced himself, upon entering our residence he covered his work boots. He then proceeded to carry out his inspection and cleaning of our furnace and fireplace, on completion of his duties he gave a brief summary of the work he completed.

Recently had a gas fireplace installed and just loving it! Fireplaces Unlimited are a great team we would highly recommend them. Their work was on time, professional and tidy. The [redacted] team also did our chimney cleaning for our wood fireplace. Took care as not to damage flooring, wore booties and explained details and answered all questions regarding the process. fireplaces unlimited services our gas burning fireplace stove every year...they are excellent in every way...they respond instantly..a real person picks up the phone...and the service person comes when they say they will and take as long as they need to do an excellent job and make sure the client understands the machine and the safety of the whole thing this year it was [redacted] and he was stellar...he took apart ,cleaned and checked every detail in a friendly,informative and efficient fashion..and as he was leaving I was having trouble reaching a light socket so he cheerfully helped us...the company takes credit card which was good this day..all round top notch company..and I love that they are a local business

From the day I purchased my stove I have received wonderful, timely service. The service men and the office staff are very professional and personable.

I was very pleased with the furnace tuneup and propane inspection that was done, [redacted] explained the work he was doing and why the work need to be done on the system. This is the second inspection done this year because I was not confident in the firm that undertook the first inspection; I have every confidence in the report generated and the work done.

Joe and Ryan cleaned my Fireplace and did an excellent job.
