I got my fireplace insert from Fireplaces Unlimited several years ago and it's been great. The product [redacted] is excellent and it was installed by the store's staff.

I've had service calls to clean the chimney and more recently had them clean our ducts as well. [redacted] were efficient and helpful, showing me before and after pictures of our ducts as well as advising me of issues they noticed with our furnace and a/c.

I've had no problems with this business and would use them again.

[redacted] and [redacted] completed fireplace installation in a friendly and pleasant way. Clean up was completed and very satisfied with their assistance.

We had [redacted] from Fireplaces Unlimited in Kingston out to clean our chimney today. He did a great job and was very professional. He was clean and tidy with his work and cleaned up his work very well. [redacted] was also very thorough explaining the billing for my account.

[redacted] was a great help and stayed after hours to service us. His knowledge about burning wood, stoves and government regulations is what really convinced us to trust him and the company. The service team looked after both chimney and woodstove so that we would not have to turn on the electric baseboard heaters (scary!) to heat the house, even if it meant scheduling complications. We highly recommend this business. [redacted]

The service was very professional. They were very neat and tidy, covered up the floors etc.

Still had my file after six years, knew what I was calling about (not an answering service) made an appointment, arrived on time, completed the service and made sure it was working fine before leaving. This company rates a "10" in my books.

We had been advised and ordered a new damper, but [redacted] and [redacted] stated that it wasn't going to help the problem we are having with the fireplace smoking, which saved us a lot of money. [redacted] spent a long time explaining why our fireplace/chimney isn't working properly. We would definitely recommend these two gentlemen to anyone.
