I did not state it was used for a cannonThe sales associate said "black powder is used for cannons and muzzle loaders" that's when I said I own bothThe sales guy then said we cant sell it to you knowing you have a cannon
Obviously the person responding to this does not know what their own policy states because I have a voicemail stating they can sell me black powder now knowing I own a muzzle loaderI want to see their policy (if they actually have one)
NOTE: ATF stated it is completely legal to won and fire a cannon using black powder

Bass Pro Shops claims the website "may have been confusing", I called Bass Pro Shops and verified twice the SKU with Bass Pro Shops employeesOnce the day I ordered (Employee Don or Dave I forget the name) and the second time when the incorrect amount of ammunition was shipped to me ( Mycah, confirmed the SKU XXXXXXX and the price for rounds)The SKU, confirmed twice by Bass Pro Shops employees was for rounds of gashotgun ammunition @ per caseI ordered cases using this SKU XXXXXXX and paid Bass Pro Shops I received boxes (rounds per box) not the cases (rounds)I orderedIf the website was confusing, why did Bass Pro Shops remove the SKU but continue to sell this ammunition in round boxes? Why did Bass Pro Shops supervisor Robert first claim he could not find this SKU and said he did not know where the employees got this SKU, then offered to allow me to send the ammunition back when Bass Pro Shops never allows ammunition to be returned? Why did Robert then offer to refund my purchase price AND allow me to keep the ammunition? Bass Pro Shops clearly advertised this ammunition rounds @ a case confirmed by their own customer service representatives but then reneged on their advertised selling priceTheir deceptive selling practice should be punished by law and they should be forced to into sending me the items I ordered at the agreed on priceBass Pro Shops clearly committed fraud in this instance and broke the contract between me and them concerning this sale #XXXXX

This is the online chat transcript from Bass Pro Shops, it show the real problem of they advertise a product at a price, the only way to find out it you can get this item is to attempt to purchase it, give your payment to them and create an account to track the progressThen if they don't have it (as in my case specifically) they send you an email confirming your order, but in the small print it explains the order is canceledSo their advertising of items isn't close to being true or correct if they do not indeed have the product and aren't going to backorder the itemTheir email to me explains, which can be provided, details how the ammo isn't going to be backordered, the transcripts person tells me weeks, the email doesn't say that at allI find these prices on a live forum that tracks several different vendors for prices of specific ammo (ammoseek.com)This didn't just happen to me it happened to many customers which caused the post from bass pro shops to be reported and flagged as advertisingI called bass pro shops and asked for all of my account information, email address, physical address, account payment information and everything about me be removedI was informed this would be done within hour of the callI still have an account, still have a pending order in the system, and this wasn't fixed at allI wanted all of my data erased from their system and they have not done this yetI do not accept their apology and still believe they are liars and promote advertisementYou cannot sell a product unless you possess the product which they do notThey cannot agree when these items will be in stockI will continue to put this on social media and show unsuspecting consumers of their unfair practices and dishonest advertising

Bass Pro Shops is essentially using the same excuse for POOR SERVICEAn example would be; pushing a hot dog cart yelling hot dogs for sale and when a patron hands me money I explain to them I am out of hot dogs and will get more in weeks, month or longer but will honor the same priceIn the mean time just wait here and I will get hot dogs back real soonIn this example it shows a reflection of how bad Bass Pro Shops business advertisement is and how it is wrongIts is blatant ADVERTISEMENT and while it continues there are more and more consumers that will fall prey to this unfair practicesI do not accept their resolution at all, hope they have an enormously low Revdex.com rating until this issue is resolved for me and many others customers that expect respect and truth
