They advertise on facebook that you sign up for a trial wit no further purchase required. Then they ship packages without authorization. Then they refuse to back the charges off your credit card. they have charged my card over $300 without authorization. I have called and officially canceled any memberships they say I have.

This is a scam. They charge you an initial fee for the supplements and then automatically enroll you in automatic deductions for for triple the price of the pills. When you try to contact them they say that they stop payment deductions and that is also not true. when you call the number they don't respond. No one contacts you again. They are just taking advantage of people and stealing their money.

I did speak to a customer service representative and after a few calls from her that she needed to confirm information that I provided I was sent a refund. However I had to pay for the return of the pills which cost me 11.00 which they were not reimbursing me. Which I don't think that was correct.

I ordered and received the product. However, I want to cancel my subscription but the customer service number does not work. Need refund.
On July 7,2020 I ordered 2bottles of Gravitas Keto for shipping charge of $9.94 on Visa. Order # ***
I saw that they processed 1 bottle Keto and 1 bottle Gravitas Garcinia . I contacted them right away to cancel the Gravitas Garcinia with no response. So then emailed that I wanted to cancel subscription. Response was to wait until I receive the product, which was already shipped, and then contact them. Received order on July 13, 2020 and contacted ControlX . They sent the customer service number 888-326-2809, which I called twice with only a recording responding and leave a message. No response from ControlX.
The email came from Kaitlyn B., Customer Support Specialist . I just want to cancel the subscription, with no future charges , and refund $9.94. I do not want to use the product, and will send bottles back(unopened) when refund and cancellation is complete.

Single purchase created an ongoing charge to credit card
4/29 purchased a sample for $4.95 from Control X Keto, 1510 Stickney Point Rd, Suite 406, Sarasota, FL 34231, Order *** Sparks Keto was the sample product purchased. There was no paperwork with product other than mailing info with the above on it. This was a one time purchase with NO commitment beyond this and I was diligent prior to purchase to ensure this was the case. On May 13th another charge was made against my credit card for $79.95. I attempted to reach them with the only contact information provided, a phone number on my credit card charge on 844-529-7294 and it was not a working number. Discover Card has attempted to clear up this matter and have also not been able to reach the distributor.

I would like the distributor to STOP charging my credit card and refund the $79.95 that was never authorized.

I could have used my entire name *** or my husband's card ***? Both cards numbers have since been changed. This was a scam to get $$. I was told they couldn't find anything when I called them...convenient response I have photos of my bank statement where they took $$ out of my account and I have photo of actual product in package still with label.

Would like full reimbursement from shady sales practices and shipping product too late to cancel.
Was not given indication that I'd be enrolled in a monthly charge, thought it was a trial only, very deceptive. They provide little information or hide it from potential clients. Even contacting them is an extreme challenge.
I was charged for two months of product at full price. I Did not receive the May product at all, June product showed up after two monthly charges had already taken place. Company says they can only refund June, I want both months refunded which is over $300. Had I gotten the May product I would have known to stop this scam then. I have no order # for May because I never received it, my June order ***
This company's practices are misleading and unethical, and it needs to stop.

Offered a 14 day trial. However, the product arrived on 05/28/20 and I was charged on 06/03/20.Refund was denied due to mail delay.
This 14 day trial was not given. I called to explain that the product did not arrive in a timely manner to take advantage of the 14 days. I requested a refund and was told that it was the mail carrier's fault and not responsibility of the company. Delivery of their product should not be blamed on the USPS and consideration for the delay should have been addressed. However, they offered me 70% when I wanted the full amount refunded. The customer service rep stated that if she gave me a full refund it would reflect badly on her. This is not good customer service when I am telling her that false advertisement is for 14 days should start when product is received.Poor customer service and company response especially during this time with the COVED-19 and delivery delays can be expected. I am sure that they receive notice from the postal service when the product is received

Although the company refunded me 70% I am seeking a full refund because it is not my fault that the product was not delivered in a timely manner for the trial offer. I received product from Control x keto around 5/10/20. I returned product on 5/12/20 with instructions to cancel my subscription. On May 18th they charge my credit card 84.90. I want my money returned to my account.
