I'm also stuck with a subscription I didn't order and don't want. Multiple phone number, which don't work. Haven't been able to contact Control X Keto on line or their address.
Having been billed twice in the last 60 days. I do not want their products, I'd like a refund and have them deleted from my credit card. This is a scam ! Very Misleading !

I have a $69.95 charge to my account that I did not authorize.
I ordered a trial of the Spark Keto & Spark Garcinia on 03/31/2020. I was only supposed to be charged 9.94 for shipping. They did not disclose that I was subscribing to anything. The email they sent was only an order confirmation of what I purchased. No included contract of any sort. Upon arrival, the pills came in a black plastic bag with only a packing slip. 2 days ago, I received an alert from my bank informing me "FORSKOLIN" in Fort Lauderdale, FL had charged my account for 69.95. I had no idea who this was & there was only half a phone number attached to it (XXXXXXXX). I have been trying to figure out who this was. I finally strolled down my prior emails & realized the half phone number was the same as "KETOSLIM." However, the number attached (833-762-7576) was disconnected. I have been googling everything for a working customer service number. I finally googled you guys & found a good number. I immediately contacted them. The female customer service rep was VERY RUDE & told me I was AUTOMATICALLY enrolled in their subscription due it being over the 14 day period. After explaining to her the lengths I had been going through to contact them, all she could RUDELY say was "OK, I CANCELLED YOUR SUBSCRIPTION BUT YOU NOT GETTING THAT $69.95 BACK!" I am very disappointed how they do business. PLEASE HELP ME Revdex.com!!

I would like a refund. I would also like for them to email the contract or more info explaining their subscription policy when they send your confirmation & when sending the product out.

I ordered a free trial. Later I was debited $149.90 for charges I did not authorize. Tried to conact KETO and got no response. Request refund by check
My original understanding was that I could receive a free trial for these products by paying shipping charges only. On March 17, 2020, I originally paid $9.94 for the free trial shipping costs. The products made me ill, so I could not take them after the first day. I never read anything where after 14 days, my account would be charged additional fees.
Two weeks later my checking account was debited twice: $79.95 on April 1st and $69.95 on April 2nd. I did not authorize these subsequent charges, or request any further product.
I have attempted to reach KETO by their advertised phone number, which ended both times with an automated message to leave a message for a return call, which has not happened. I had to close my account to avoid further charges.
I am requesting a check for a full refund for the unauthorized charges of $149.90.

Desired Outcome

Request a paper check to be mailed to my home address. I was forced to cancel my debit card due to the unauthorized charges of $149.90.

This is false advertising! How are they in business?! Oh that's right because they are stealing people's money!

I'm stuck in a subscription service I don't want to be in with no way to cancel.
I saw an ad on Facebook in which a celebrity seemed to be praising this product so I signed up for a trial. The trial is actually a reoccurring shipment that I can't get out of. There are numerous phone numbers and emails to contact the company, all of which either do not work or nobody responds to. I will send an email requesting to cancel and 2 hours later receive an order confirmation for the next shipment. They sent an email with options to click yes or no for future shipments but when I click no they send another confirmation email and say my order is being prepared. In the order confirmation there is a link to their website that says to follow instructions from there to cancel my subscription but there is nothing on the website but the option to order more. My family is being affected by the Coronavirus pandemic and I can't afford more of these charges I need them to stop. One of the websites associated with this "business" is protaketoslim.com a which has an address and phone number at the bottom, but I wouldn't be surprised if none of them are correct information.

Ideally, I would love a refund. But ultimately I just want to be removed from their subscription list. I don't want their product.

I placed a order for the trial $4.95 and was not advised that I would be charged $79.95 at a week later. I did not authorize any additional payments.
I placed a order for the 30 trial of Control X KETO in the amount of $4.95 on March 17 and was not advised that I would be charged $79.95 a week later. I have not received any products as of April 1 and I did not authorize any additional payments to be taken from my Visa card. I have search the internet for numbers to contact the company and I'm not able to find any. Also, the link listed to contact the company at the bottom of there advertisement does not work to pull up any contact information

As of April 24, 2020 I have not received a refund of $4.95 as stated that was to be refunded to my Visa card. I'm also not satisfied with the response from the business due to the fact that when they tried to charge my account on four different occasions for $79.95 it caused overdraft fees of $35.00 on each occasion for a total amount of $140.00.

I'm sorry to hear that Ms *** - *** was not satisfied with our response, but she was only charged 4.95 and we have refunded 4.95 to her Visa Card. We cannot refund more than what we received.
This was a trial offer, that after 14 days if she did not call to cancel she would be put on a subscription and charged the full price. Her bank declined all charges, she was not charged any more, only the 4.95 that she paid. Again, no other charges were applied.

I have finally received the refund of $4.95 on 4-29-2020 to my Visa card. As previously stated I was not able to locate a contact number to contact the company to cancel and I was never advised of any additional charges that would be attempted to my Visa card. The charges did not go through because the fund were not available and because of the attempted charges to my Visa I was charged a fee of $35 on four separate occasions for a total of $140 because this company tried to process unauthorized payments for $79.95. I will be following up with my bank to handle this situation directly with this company since obviously I'm not able to get a proper resolution to the fraudulent activity that was attempted by this company

This company is engaging in bait and hook sales tactics.
This business is a fraud.

They bait and hook consumers with their $4.95 "trial", charge the card $79.95 for the remaining "trial" a few weeks later.

Then, a bottle of ingredients that can be found in most kitchens arrives, and your card is charged $84.90.

When trying to return, you have to cover their shipping and handling and they want a $9 restocking fee for an unopened product they will sell as soon as it gets back to them.

So their 100% money back guarantee is fraudulent. Their sales and marketing tactics are fraudulent and should be prohibited.

Desired Outcome

I would like a FULL refund for the two bottles that I will be returning. Both are unopened. These amounts are $79.95 (I agreed to ONLY a $4.95 charge to my card) $84.90 I did not agree to this, and do not want it. I am returning both under the RMA number given for one, since I can no longer reach a customer service representative named Jo, or her rooster that loudly crows in the background in order to confirm whether or not I need another RMA number or not. As a resolution to this, I would like my card credited the moment I have proof of delivery. I will photograph the package contents in front of a USPS representative before sealing and sending so that there are no questions regarding how many were returned. The amount I would like credited is $164.85. Thank you

Terribly misleading advertisement and wording of their "contract". They take advantage of people's desperation and illnesses. The customer service numbers, which there are three of, are all answered by the same person. There's no introduction to the company name, it's not a normal business phone response. I'd imagine it's a one man shop getting pills from some other site, marking up the price and reselling them for a profit.

The customer service agent was unable to completely answer questions, was very evasive and easily flustered. STAY AWAY.....if it sounds too good to be true - it is!!!!!!!!!!!

BIG SCAM!

I received the trial order,only the keto and gardcinia bottles. Next thing you know a 19.98 then 79.98 charge.What kind of scam is this! Will be getting my money back.Will fin them and sue for my money.

I cancelled this item well within the guidelines as I got sick from the product or something. I canceled email as well as many calls not returned.
I ordered a sample of this product it didn't do anything for me I got SICK I canceled it I disputed it with my bank as they sent me an email they were gonna send another bottle I canceled in an email I tried several numbers and couldn't speak to anyone. I sent the bank my documents. Keto charged me another 86.00 I didn't authorize I'm sending this *** back unopened as it's very dangerous for my health they want me to pay a restock fee and return fee for something I didn't authorize. They couldn't find my account and they never answer or return my calls yet they called me one morning at 6:10 AM while I was asleep. I had tried the trial, Still charging my account.
I had a trial, sent and email way before the trial ended. Got a cancellation email to confirm that. They charged my account again for 74.94. I went to the website cancel again and it told me that it could not be found. I called. Automated system told me to wait for another representative. I waited 2 minutes and it told me that I had to leave a message. I have also tried to send an email to the contact email, never get a response.

I appreciate the company's apologies and the refunded amount. However, as I stated orginally I was aware of the trial and the shipping and handling costs. As far as after that period ended I was unaware nor did I read about automatically billing the full amount from then on. All I know is I was under the impression that it was for shipping and handling.

I was sent an email after visiting their website offering a free bottle of Control x Keto and Garcinia and only had to pay shipping. No where was there anything shown that I was ordering monthly shipments or what the cost of the monthly shipments would be. I didn't receive any emails regarding this either. I now received another set of monthly pills and my credit card was charged 159.84. order number shown ***. I tried to contact the company by Facebook message, phone and email. I received an email that I had the wrong company. Not sure how to stop these shipments and charges as I cannot get a hold of them.

When I signed up for the 2 bottles I was told the trial price was 4.99 and 4.95 for the Keto and Garcinia for shipping only. No where was there any information that I would be charged additional charges in 14 days or that there would be automatic shipments. There was no packing information received with the 2 bottles when I received them that stated there would be additional charges or shipments either. I received no emails regarding additional charges or ongoing shipments. Upon review of my credit card after my complaint. In addition to the 4.99 and 4.95 charges on 12/27/19 I was charged 79.95 and 69.95 on 1/9/20 and 1/10/20 and no additional product. I received another shipment on 2/15/20, with packing slip dated 2/9/20 and the costs billed for that was 159.84. Therefore I was charged 309.74 which I did not consent to and was not told that I would be charged. Therefore I should receive a credit for $309.74.
