Her attorney always walked away grinning and smilingI decided I needed real help With the aid of friends, family, and prayer, God sent me Jill *** When I walked in with Jill my wife's attorney looked like someone had stuck a pin in him and deflated him all of a suddenEverything changedJill corrected all of the errors that Frank [redacted] went to sleep onMr [redacted] seemed to be more interested in the female assistant attorney on my wife's team than in my caseWith Jill's help I fully retained my home without a pay out, I have more time with my children, I not paying my wife's credit card bills, and I get eat what I wantWhen it was all over my wife's legal team, led by Carl [redacted] , looked like a Chihuahua that had a really bad day with a Pit Bull, which showed me her bite was way worse than her barkHence the saying "She tore them a new one!"

My experience with Jason [redacted] , as well as Cordell and Cordell in general, has been very positive I have found Jason's representation to be consistently professional, courteous and exceedingly competent I am very grateful for a company that is committed to representing fathers and for the difference that it has made in the lives of my children

I am a retired member of the military and I chose Cordell & Cordell because their website and commercials claimed that they specialized in family military lawI found out that is NOT TUREWhen the decree of divorce was being drafted, the military wording was sent to a third party that supposedly specialized in this area, again NOT TRUE After sending my divorce decree to the Defense Finance and Accounting office, the wording for the military portion is out dated and they will no longer accept it that way If you claim to specialize in an area, you should know when something is outdatedAfter finding out that the divorce decree is useless as far as the military is concerned I contacted the attorney and her response was to contact the third party group and they can fix it for $ Hosently, I feel like is was just scammedHow much of a kickback does the attorney get if I am FORCED to use this third party group to correct her mistake? If you are military please, avoid this firmThey have no idea how to handle military family law and it will cost you more money to correct their mistakes In my opinion Cordell & Cordell falsely represented their firm ripping off military personnel and veterans

Michelle [redacted] was excellent! She was a constant professional and she kept me informed on every step of the process She was very prompt and made you feel like you were her only client I will definitely recommend Michelle [redacted] She made a difficult time and process simple

I am currently working with Kara [redacted] and she is the living, breathing definition of "beast mode" She laid everything out and explained the steps one by one She is no nonsense, gives you all the options and lets you make an informed decision for your case based on the facts She is patient (lord knows with me that's helpful), listens to you and never leaves you guessing what the next few steps are in the process I feel like I have the dream team representing me with Kara, Anna and Elizabeth I would not hesitate to recommend Cordell and Cordell, especially Kara [redacted] to my family and friends

I had not seen my youngest handicapped child for years post-divorce due to the many games and prejudice of former attorneys and judges in the county I reside inHad come across several attorneys over the years that just gave blank promises finding that they were going to do nothing, and then I finally found Daniel White of Cordell & Cordell and hired him to see if they could correct the wrong of keeping me away from my child, which we had a huge uphill battle due to the handicapped child turning 18, which my ex wanted to put through probate which would have ended me seeing the child for life, so Daniel had the case removed from the prejudice county the divorce occurred in, and had it moved to the county she had just moved to, accomplishing that feat wellThe bigger uphill battle was to argue Castle law, which found if a mentally handicapped child is found not able to care for himself then the case should be held in domestic court where the parents’ rights to visitation would stay in effect, of which this court held in our favor on that argument and domestic court will maintain jurisdiction on my son for his lifetime and my ex-wife will not be able to probate court the childIt was a brilliant move by my attorney Daniel White and we won the argument and I have begun seeing my handicapped son that I was held from seeing for nine years and we are now in the process of rebuilding our relationship which we will be waiting for the court to finally grant full visitation as any divorce grants the parties I cannot nor ever be able to say enough great things about Cordell & Cordell and their attorney Daniel White, they gave me my life back with my son I had missed for so many years that only other attorneys would play games with me and go nowhere with the case having stalled me for too many yearsEvery father should hire a Cordell & Cordell attorney to fight for their rights, as I wished I had from day one, having lost too many years before I finally found them Best Wishes, Mark Christensen
