I had not seen my youngest handicapped child for years post-divorce due to the many games and prejudice of former attorneys and judges in the county I reside inHad come across several attorneys over the years that just gave blank promises finding that they were going to do nothing, and then I finally found Daniel White of Cordell & Cordell and hired him to see if they could correct the wrong of keeping me away from my child, which we had a huge uphill battle due to the handicapped child turning 18, which my ex wanted to put through probate which would have ended me seeing the child for life, so Daniel had the case removed from the prejudice county the divorce occurred in, and had it moved to the county she had just moved to, accomplishing that feat wellThe bigger uphill battle was to argue Castle law, which found if a mentally handicapped child is found not able to care for himself then the case should be held in domestic court where the parents’ rights to visitation would stay in effect, of which this court held in our favor on that argument and domestic court will maintain jurisdiction on my son for his lifetime and my ex-wife will not be able to probate court the childIt was a brilliant move by my attorney Daniel White and we won the argument and I have begun seeing my handicapped son that I was held from seeing for nine years and we are now in the process of rebuilding our relationship which we will be waiting for the court to finally grant full visitation as any divorce grants the parties

My son was medically discharged from the Army and found a job & going to school not making as much money, so he needed try and lower his child support payments and see about more rights He couldn't make it on his own and had to move back in with us He hired Cordell & Cordell because he was told they were great for fathers rights He had one attorney who was great, she quit and went out on her own and was assigned a new attorney She kept asking for the same paperwork he had already turned in In the meantime he is still having to pay and they are not cheap by any means He would call to try and resolve things, got no where, so he allowed them to talk with me as well Still got no where They want you to talk with the attorney first to try and resolve thing, didn't work Then they ask you to speak to a representative to help on your behalf, so to speak Still nothingFinally, about to 1/years later after getting more and more frustrated with them he did some research and found out he could go through the Attorney General Called and got an appointment and within a week it was taken care ofMy son waited and waited for them to get off their butts and get it figured out All in all he wasted almost two years and out over $15, They did absolutely nothing!!!! I do NOT recommend them at all!!!!!!
