I have
reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.However, even though the refund is promised to be put in place (I am still waiting on the transaction to post to my account), I still think Costway has a LOT to work on regarding their customer service.I am not looking for the best customer service; I'm asking for AT LEAST minimal respect to the customer and responsiveness to emails and voicemails.It took me a bank dispute and a complaint to the *** just so I can get back $178.47.I was even told that I couldn't talk to anyone to discuss the refund after being told I would only get 75% back, and that it would have to go through a company in ***.What if I was owed a lot more than that?How would you treat the customer then?Talking to customer service of Costway felt like they're not in charge.First, it was *** that referred me to the third-party, Costway.And that was only followed by being referred to a fourth-party company in ***.Who's in charge here?Who'll take the responsibility?Whom do I hold accountable?I'm satisfied with the outcome (a refund promise), but I am not satisfied with Costway and will no longer use them and will no longer refer anyone to them.In fact, I will tell anyone I know not to deal with Costway at all -- worst customer service

I no longer have the box It was a gift for my son because we are a low income family who suffered some extremely significant losses and The only thing I can do is provide the names of the people that bought it for him. If They can look it up by that I have the address and names . They went through the boys and girls club and donated. It came brand new in the box and was never opened until my son bought it please let me know if Their names and address will work on finding the purchase
