I'm not sure what happened to the other...

response that I sent back to you, so I am submitting this again. All I wanted was for the company (Costway) to take back the furniture and refund me my money. The original first call was made to Walmart 1 day after receiving the items that were ordered. They told me that I needed to contact Costway because that is where it was shipped from. I tried many times to contact someone with no luck. So all conversations were made via temail. I explained that the furniture was not in good condition, and the making of it was not good and I just wanted to return it. I also explained that on their website, it says I could return it for a full refund. They offered me $ 15.00 then $ 50.00 to just keep the furniture. I expressed to them that I wanted my full refund. They also said I could return it at my cost, but then I HAD TO CONTACT THEM TO REMIND THEM TO LOOK FOR THE RETURN!!!! Really??????? I also found out that they go by another name. On the Revdex.com Website there are MANY complaints against this company. Unfortunately, I should have checked the Revdex.com before ordering. I now am one of the unfortunate people trying to get a refund. I finally after waiting and waiting, spoke to a gentleman who said that I would receive a phone call back within 72 hours from a department who handles these problems and they would help me. WELL........NOPE.......NOONE CALLED!!!The first call was made at the end of April. It is now June. I spent $ 629.00 and have NOTHING to show for it. The furniture unraveled and sagged. It actually was dangerous (falling through while sitting), so the garbage that I ordered, ended up in the garbage. As you will see from my attachments, I have tried and tried to return the items. They said they would send me a return label, but that was after the fact. Yesterday, June 7th 2017, was the VERY FIRST phone call that I received from Costway. And that was only because they received a letter from the Revdex.com. She said she did not know about this. I truly believe that their website is very misleading and that they do not stand by what they say as far as the return policy. Also trying to speak directly to someone is not going to happen. I would just like to be compensated for the furniture that I happily saved and paid for. They took my money and I have nothing to show for it, except a major headache and aggravation from all of this. I will never ever shop with them or Walmart again. Thank you.
