We decided over years ago to replace the existing windows on our rambler After weeding through all the companies out there, I'm so glad we chose Craftsmen Home Improvements! They have been wonderful to work with and recently helped us out on a warranty issue we wouldn't been able to afford to replace Scott Ring was a great guy and very accommodating to work with and did a very efficient, quality job installing He even went the extra step to come out to double check measurements before hand to be sure he got the right windows We're now getting around to more remodeling and know who we'll be calling!

Good company to work with Salesman was excellent and was the only one of the four bids we received to correctly identify an underlying roof joist issue that Craftsmen then repaired professionally and at a reasonable price Roofing crew was professional, on time, and cleaned up well They did a good job of protecting our plants and patio furniture We have no problems or issues with this roof tear-off, joist repair and roof replacement project Questions to both the office and the salesman (Jim) were answered promptly We would give this company an "A" rating for its performance and value

The company was excellent, given that it was raining off and on during the whole week they were trying to get our roof done They were very prompt with communication about what to expect and when workers would show They were good about explaining why workers couldn't work in certain situations (significant chance of rain - they didn't want the roof exposed without shingles while it rained and then try to put tarps over the non-shingled parts They explained very well why certain parts of the roof had to be re-decked and were very good about trying to keep that cost down as much as they could
One negative would be that they dropped the bundles of shingles so hard on the roof that pictures were knocked off the wall and we suspect that it also caused a small crack in our dining room wall
