Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: They give you a standard answer which did not help me and then give you ticket numbers which I tried and all I got was issue is settled. Never do they give you a phone number or email address that you can contact someone and not a computer. I checked my spam and none of their correspondence were in there. They should be able to check their files to see if my gift card was ever sent. If they check my account it will show I am telling the truth. It states my issue is being taken care of and not completed.Regards,*** ***

I also never received a response from them in the last few weeks----as for ALWAYS receiving rewards--its only after having to email many many times

This user was unsubscribed per her requestFor reference, a user can terminate and unsubscribe very easily from our emailsThere is a link on the bottom of each and every survey invitation labeled "Unsubscribe"If this member had clicked the link to unsubscribe, they would have been removed

Hi, We are responding to the complaint dated November 16. [redacted] has filed several complaints in the past regarding our rewards program. I reviewed [redacted] account, and show no transactions since January of 2016. We are sorry to hear that the account was marked as inactive. To be defined as an active...

member of CreationsRewards, a member must earn at least 1 point within a six month period, from "revenue" areas of our website. Points earned from Daily Trivia, Bonus Points, or any item in the "win" or "promo" areas do not count toward keeping your account active. You must earn points in other areas of our website to be considered active on CreationsRewards. Members that do not earn at least 1 "revenue" point within six months will forfeit their entire point balance, including any pending redemptions, if any. Inactive accounts cannot have point balances and/or pending redemptions reinstated. The point balance will be reset to 0. This is in accordance with our Terms of Service Agreement, to which [redacted] has agreed to when registering for our rewards program. Hi,In response to a complaint letter we have received, we are responding on July 10th in regards to their complaint.[redacted] states that her points were redeemed for [redacted] in the amount of $10.  Our policy is to process redemptions within 8 to 12 weeks; however, we have had slightly longer delays...

at this time.  Her redemption was requested in April of 2015.I have reviewed [redacted]’s account, and show that the request will be processed within the next 2 to 4 weeks. Hi,In response to a complaint letter we have received, we are responding to the complaint today, December 30th, 2014.For a brief overview of our program, CreationsRewards is an online rewards program where members earn points for shopping online and completing offers. Members can redeem points for...

gift certificates to a wide range of redemption partners we offer.[redacted] states that his redemption requests were not yet processed. I would be more than happy to review his account and propose a resolution to his issue; however, I cannot locate an account under the email address listed in the complaint: [redacted]. In order to assist [redacted], I will need his CreationsRewards account email address.For the redemption time frames he listed, we have not yet processed September redemptions as we are currently experiencing a backlog of requests. We are processing requests in the order in which they were received. Since [redacted] has complained about the timeliness of his redemptions, we can evaluate sending them sooner, but without his account email address, I cannot look up anything pertaining to his account at CreationsRewards.Sincerely,[redacted]

[redacted] Apologies for not emailing your customer service first.  Panicked when I did not see anything pending (for months) under my account information, and, seeing othercomplaints at Revdex.com, felt I needed to go through them.  Might there have been any rewards not received in 2014?  The $75 does sound accurate, just thought itmight have been more.  Will hopefully resume your program now.  Thanks for sending.
