We appreciate her patience very much, but this is our current processing schedule at this time. I am rejecting this response because:
The Revdex.com says I must accept or reject a response in 10 days.  Since the estimated date for payment is well beyond that, I will not know if the matter has been resolved in that time frame.  As such, I have to reject the response pending resolution on November 30th at such time if the matter has not been resolved, I will refile.  Please revise the FAQs to reflect that in the future payment can take up to 20 weeks so members know what to expect and amend your support ticket system.

gift certificates to a wide range of redemption partners we offer.[redacted] states that his points were redeemed for a gift card in the amount of $25.  Our policy is to process redemptions within 8 to 12 weeks; however, we have had slightly longer delays at this time.  [redacted]’s redemption was requested on October 30th. We are still within our 8 to 12 week window. We project October gift card redemptions to be fulfilled on or around January 20th.[redacted] also states that he submitted emails to us, but nobody responds to him. CreationsRewards policy is to respond to each and every email sent to our customer service address, which is [redacted]. It is possible that [redacted]’s email provider is placing our responses in his junk/spam folder which could be why he never read our responses to his requests. As an alternative, if using our online ticketing system, each email submission via this form is given a number. Hi,We are responding to [redacted]'s disapproval of our response. We processed his $25 [redacted] redemption request as previously indicated in our first response. CreationsRewards is not responsible for any fees that [redacted] may incur from [redacted] for receiving our payment. His payment was sent as a "goods or services" payment type. We do not send payments as "friends or family", as we are a business and this is not the proper transaction type that businesses use to send payments. [redacted] has charged [redacted] the transaction fee, it was not assessed by CreationsRewards, as we submitted the full $25 payment to [redacted] via [redacted] which is shown in the copy and paste he has provided.Sincerely,[redacted]

We have researched this issue, and show that there are only two (2) [redacted] redemptions...

totaling $75 in which [redacted] did not receive yet. Their statement of being owed $100-$150 in [redacted] redemptions is false. The correct value is $75.In response to this complaint, we have concluded our research regarding [redacted]’s account, and have sent $75 via [redacted] to [redacted] on January 8, 2016.Our policy is to process redemptions within 8 to 12 weeks from the date of request. I also show that [redacted] never contacted us regarding their redemptions or their account. If [redacted] had contacted our customer care department via email, we would have resolved this issue without having [redacted] pursue this inquiry with the Revdex.com. We recommend that all members contact customer care with questions that they may have. Review: With this onlline site, do perform tasks that earn you points. Once you receive so many points you can redeem them. Hi,In response to a complaint letter we have received, we are responding on January 25th in regards to their complaint.[redacted] states that two [redacted] gift cards, totaling $20, were requested in September, and processed in December, however were not received. We are more than happy to research this issue to see what had happened.[redacted] sent us several emails in January using vulgarities and making threats against our business if we did not resolve the issue immediately. It takes time in order to accurately research a redemption request, especially making sure that any previously issued gift cards were not already spent. We are glad to help, but the vulgarities and threats made by [redacted] were completely unnecessary.We have concluded our research regarding [redacted]’s $20 in [redacted] gift cards and have issued an e-gift card to [redacted] via email the morning of January 25, 2016. [redacted] can print out the gift card to use in-store, or spend it online. I am also attaching the gift card to this response as proof that we did send the gift card.Our policy is to process redemptions within 8 to 12 weeks. [redacted]’s gift cards were processed in December, however, were not received. Again, we are glad to research the issue and make things right. I have emailed the company over this issue and all they give me is a bunch of excuses why they have not paid. This is much longer than what they say how long it normally takes to get these processed. I do surveys or watch videos to earn credits and they are the only company I have trouble with getting my rewards.

The last time I filed a complaint on this same manner, I was paid but was charged a fee by [redacted]. If they send the payment in bulk I am not charged a fee and they know this.
