Review: I requested a $50 cash payment in Feb. In March I was notified that payment would be delayed. After several attempts to receive cash, I agreed to receive a $50 Walmart card instead. I received several e-mail responses from Creations Rewards that I would receive the Walmart card in a few days. As of date I have not received it. In response to a complaint letter we have received, we have reviewed

the member’s information and account with our rewards program in regards to

their complaint.

For a brief overview of our program, CreationsRewards is an

online rewards program where members earn points for shopping online and

completing offers. Members can redeem points for gift certificates to a wide

range of redemption partners we offer.

We understand that the member has not yet received their

reward for which they redeemed with our program. We understand their concerns

that they changed their redemption choice, but have not yet received the gift

card. We anticipate to fulfill said redemption change by July 31st.

We understand the member’s concern fully about their redemption, and will be

mailing out gift card redemptions on or before July 31st. We are

truly sorry for these delays and are working on preventing such delays from

occurring in the future.

We show that this member changed their redemption to a

Wal-Mart gift card. The member can expect to receive their gift card within the

next 14 to 21 days, as it will be sent via USPS First Class Mail.

We believe that this inquiry has been resolved in a

professional manner and in accordance with the CreationsRewards.Net Terms of

Service Agreement to which the member has agreed to upon initially registering

for our website. If you have any further

Review: I have been taking online surveys through CreationsRewards.net for about 4 months- they have $10 [redacted] cash-out redemptions, which they claim takes 8 weeks to completely redeem- I intially cashed out the first $10 april 17th, 2015, and Still they have not deposited monies into my [redacted] account...I have contacted them serveral times concerning this issue, yet they offer no feedback- please help!Desired Settlement: get paid via [redacted] in a timely manner- it's been nearly 3 months!

Hi,In response to a complaint letter follow-up we have received, we are responding on January 8th in regards to their complaint.[redacted] states that they did not receive their redemptions from CreationsRewards. We have researched this issue, and show that there are only two (2) [redacted] redemptions totaling $75 in which [redacted] did not receive yet. Their statement of being owed $100-$150 in [redacted] redemptions is false. The correct value is $75.In response to this complaint, we have concluded our research regarding [redacted]’s account, and have sent $75 via [redacted] to [redacted] on January 8, 2016.Our policy is to process redemptions within 8 to 12 weeks from the date of request. I also show that [redacted] never contacted us regarding their redemptions or their account. If [redacted] had contacted our customer care department via email, we would have resolved this issue without having [redacted] pursue this inquiry with the Revdex.com. We recommend that all members contact customer care with questions that they may have. Panicked when I did not see anything pending (for months) under my account information, and, seeing othercomplaints at Revdex.com, felt I needed to go through them. Might there have been any rewards not received in 2014? The $75 does sound accurate, just thought itmight have been more. Will hopefully resume your program now. Thanks for sending.

Review: CreationsRewards promise to pay they members once you reach minimum points 1,020+ Points which I did. I requested my payment on 10/17/2014 they haven't payed me me anything yet.

Never do they give you a phone number or email address that you can contact someone and not a computer. I checked my spam and none of their correspondence were in there. They should be able to check their files to see if my gift card was ever sent. If they check my account it will show I am telling the truth. Review: I have been a member of this survey board for over 3 years. They never pay on time and are now 2 months behind in rewarding money and soon approaching 3 months. Can they operate the site and keep encouraging people to participate in survey taking when they are unable to pay the survey takers on time as promised. The standard that they promise to pay is one month after the last month's surveys i.e, surveys taken in September will be paid by October 20th. I am still waiting for my November surveys. Please look into this company and find out if they are running a legitimate site. Review: I requested a $5.00 [redacted] payment on July 15, 2014. I read in the FAQs that it could take up to 8 weeks. It has been more than 14 weeks and is still listed as pending. I have contacted their customer care using their support ticket system 3 times and have yet to receive any response or action. When I request a list of tickets be emailed to me nothing happens. The lack of response shows poor customer service, this has been an excessive delay if it will be delivered at all and the FAQ answer stating 8 weeks is false advertising.Desired Settlement: I would like the $5 deposited into my [redacted] account [redacted] responses to my support tickets and the ability to have my ticket list emailed.

The Revdex.com says I must accept or reject a response in 10 days. Since the estimated date for payment is well beyond that, I will not know if the matter has been resolved in that time frame. As such, I have to reject the response pending resolution on November 30th at such time if the matter has not been resolved, I will refile. Please revise the FAQs to reflect that in the future payment can take up to 20 weeks so members know what to expect and amend your support ticket system.
