I had previously had a payday loan with a *** location from for approximately $that was discharged in my bankruptcy in June I went to a store to apply for a loan since I was in emergent need of funds and was denied because of this outstanding debt and given an number to call to pay it/have it removed so that I could use their services I called the number and was asked to provide attorney information, bankruptcy case and dates (which was done so years ago after the discharge) but was then told it would take several days to clear up once it went to their department I told the representative, who was obviously in training since I could hear a man telling her everything to say, to forget about it and that I would not use *** services again and hung up
After reviewing Ohio debt laws, the debt, regardless of being in bankruptcy or not, is over the statute of limitation of years
