I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
In the content of [redacted]'s response letter, it lists at least 6 months of the minimum payment not attained.  What they fail to mention is they were assessing a penalty during each of those months making it impossible to meet the minimum payment.  When I contacted [redacted] via email to confront them and peacefully resolve this, they refused to work with me and continued to penalize me until I made a complaint with the Revdex.com.  [redacted] is working toward meeting the profile of a predatory loaner.By their rules I only managed to pay less than $100.00 out of $500.00 dollars worth of payments. Even if this met our loan agreement, this should have been sharply looked at by someone on their side as taking advantage of a paying customer.[redacted]'s current policy takes total advantage of customers that are having a difficult time paying the bill.  Most of the other credit card companies have common sense policy's and allow for a plan to be worked out. especially when the customer is paying. I pay my bills. Due to Politics I am in a job that pays 1/3 of my original income. Despite this, I still pay my bills.[redacted] owes me an apology.  In their carefully written and edited response, it appears I hardly paid my bill.  Yet, I have Bank statements that show otherwise.  The totals do not lie. Add up the amounts in my original complaint and try to justify how my debt was effectively increased by 400% percent.

Evelyn M[redacted]

December 9, 2015 in regard to a complaint submitted by [redacted]l.We have reviewed [redacted]’s complaint regarding her account balance. We show that late payment fees in the amount of $25.00 and $35.00 each were assessed because a minimum payment was not received by the due dates for June 15, July 15, August 15, September 15, October 15, and November, 2015. In addition, interest charges in the amount of $131.69 were assessed to the account due to nonpayment of the Six Month Purchase by the due date. Interest charges are calculated on the Average Daily Balance from the date of purchase and are added to the account if we do not receive the exact Six Month Payment transaction amount when it is due.  As a courtesy to [redacted] we have processed a credit in the amount of $70.00 toward the late payment fees assessed and this credit will appear on her December 20, 2015 statement.We hope the above information meets with your satisfaction.Sincerely,Christine K[redacted]Christine K[redacted] | Customer Service SpecialistCredit First National Association6275 Eastland Road, Brook Park, Ohio 44142P: 800.[redacted]  F: 216.[redacted]

[redacted] Dear [redacted]: This is in response to your letter dated August 24, 2017, in regards to a complaint submitted by [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] submitted a request to change his payment history on his account dated August 16, 2017. His complaint was received in our office on August 21, 2017. In this letter and in a phone conversation with an account representative [redacted] indicated that his account was past due 120 days in 2010 or 2011; however, he did not provide the dates he went past due. Our records indicate that [redacted] went past due 30 days in November 2012 and 120 days past due from June 2013. A letter was sent to [redacted] on August 22, 2017, requesting the dates that the account went past due. Once we receive this information, we can further investigate his payment history and verify the accuracy of his history. This information can be found on his credit report. In the letter received from [redacted], he indicated that his father was paying on his account while he was away at college. When [redacted] contacted us on August 23, 2017, he indicated that at some point, his address was changed at the store and he was not aware he needed to contact Credit First National Association to change it. All billing statements come from Credit First National Association. We can only send statements to the address that is provided to us. Per [redacted]'s credit card agreement any change of address would need to be provided to Credit First National Association. This is an individual account and it is the consumer's responsibility to ensure payments are being made to an account on time to avoid any negative reporting. We appreciate this opportunity to be of service. Sincerely, Melissa V[redacted] Customer Service Customer Service Department, BK 111 Phone: 800.321.39501 Fax: 216.362.50691 www.CFNA.com

[redacted]        Dear Nicole [redacted]    Thank you for forwarding the above mentioned complaint file by Kevin C[redacted].   Our records confirm the above [redacted] credit card was opened on October 17, 2011, with the last purchase recorded June 17, 2015. Ultimately, this account was charged-off due to non-payment on September 25, 2016, with an outstanding balance of $731.81. Although a payment of $500.00 was posted to the account on July 25, 2017, the residual balance of $57.95 has been cleared in the interest of customer goodwill.      We have enclosed a copy of the application that opened this account; the information provided was verified at the time it was opened. A copy of the credit application, sales invoice from the June 17, 2017 purchase, the last billing statement dated August 25, 2017, as well as an account itemization report displaying all activity since the account’s inception, have been enclosed for your reference.   If Mr. C[redacted] feels his account has not been properly credited for a payment, we request he provide documentation in order for us to research the payment. If the payment was made by money order, it must be traced through the place of purchase.      If there are any additional questions or concerns regarding this account or the enclosed information, please contact our office directly at [redacted] for assistance. Box 81315 I Cleveland, Ohio 44181-0315 I www.CFNA.com Re: [redacted] Auto Care Account in the name of [redacted] Joint Liable User in the name of [redacted] ID: [redacted] Dear [redacted]: This letter is in response to your letter regarding the additional information received in regard to the above [redacted] credit card. [redacted] did request his check returned to him. As advised in our first response to you dated August 21, 2015, "As of May 2011 accountholders do not have the option to opt out of electronic payment processing of check payments by CFNA. The back of the statement advises "When you send us payment by check, you authorize us to present your check electronically. Your checking account may be debited on the day we receive your check. This electronic transaction will appear on your bank statement although your cancelled check will not be returned to you". Due to this, we are unable to return the check to him, but we have sent a copy per his request. [redacted]'s complaint that CFNA charged a late payment fee to his other account out of retaliation is inaccurate. He states that he made a payment to his account on August 18, 2015 to his [redacted]e account. Our records do not show a payment made on this date. An internet payment was made via CFNA.com on August 24, 2015 in the amount of $50. The payment was due August 18, 2015 and a late payment fee was assessed in the amount of $25. [redacted] contacted Customer Service by telephone and spoke directly to a supervisor on August 24, 2015. He stated that he thought he made a payment on August 18, 2015 and requested that we remove the late payment fee. The supervisor credited his account the late payment fee of $25 at that time. As previously advised in our September 1, 2015 letter to your office, we closed his account on August 24, 2015. On September 10, 2015, [redacted] reopened this account by going to the [redacted]e store and showing identification. At that time, the account was reopened. As of today's date, we have closed the account and it will remain closed. We hope that the above information meets with your satisfaction. Sincerely Mary Ann K[redacted] I Customer Service Specialist Credit First National Association 6275 Eastland Road, Brook Park, Ohio 44142

response to your email dated June 22, 2016 in regard to a complaint submitted by [redacted] M. [redacted]. [redacted] Dear [redacted]: This letter is in response to your two letters dated August 18, 2015 in regard to the above [redacted] credit card. I have combined the response to one letter as both complaints were the same. [redacted] is a liable user on this account. A check in the amount of $2000 was tendered for payment on this account on March 30, 2015. All payments are posted to an account first and then sent to the bank for payment. This payment amount was returned to us unpaid by the bank on April 9, 2015. The check that we received from [redacted] plainly states "Not for Deposit — Set-Off. A copy of this check is attached for your records. Per our credit card agreement the payment that was sent to us was a non-conforming payment and not accepted. As of May 2011 account holders do not have the option to opt out of electronic payment processing of check payments by CFNA. We have made several attempts to resolve this issue for [redacted]. All of the documentation has been forwarded to our Legal Counsel for review. We hope that the above information meets with your satisfaction. Sincerely,  Mary Ann K[redacted], Customer Service SpecialistCredit First National Association 6275 Eastland Road, Brook Park, Ohio 44142 [redacted] Customer Service Department, BK 11 1 Phone: [redacted] 1 www.CFNA.com

Complaint#:   [redacted]       Dear [redacted]: This letter is in response to your email dated November 3, 2017 in regards to a complaint from [redacted] concerning the credit limit on his Firestone Complete Auto Care credit card administered by Credit First National Association (CFNA). [redacted] is correct that his credit limit was $2000 as of January 2017.  It was reduced to $1600 on March 18, 2017 when his account went past due.  A payment was due by March 13th and we did not receive a payment until March 20, 2017.  The statement dated March 18th, 2017 noted the past due amount and the current credit limit of $1600. Subsequently, the credit limit was lowered from $1600 to $1200 when the account went past due again.  A payment was due by June 13th and we did not receive a payment until July 11th. We tried calling [redacted] shortly after he sent us emails concerning his credit limit on October 25, 2017.  At that time, we received his voicemail and left a message for him to call us back.  He did not call us back then, but we tried calling him again after receiving your correspondence and we were able to discuss the problem with [redacted]. We explained that the credit limit reduction was due to late payments, and [redacted] was able to provide additional details in his payment history.  The first missed payment was due to the consequences of a hospital stay and the second missed payment was a misunderstanding ([redacted] thought he paid the balance in full when he sent $50, but the balance was $53.30).  After taking the extenuating circumstances into account, we were able to make a one-time correction to the pay history and restore the credit limit to $2000, as requested.  We truly hope that we have satisfactorily responded to [redacted]’s questions and concerns.  If there are further questions or concerns, I can be contacted at 216-362-3389.                                          Dear Nicole [redacted]:   Thank you for forwarding the above mentioned complaint file by [redacted]   As shown on the attached Account Information Report, payments were applied as received. Review of the account not only reveals missed payments, but payments not equal to or greater than the minimum amount due as shown on Mr. C[redacted]’s monthly statements.    Ultimately, this account charged off due to non-payment on September 25, 2016, with an outstanding balance of $731.81. Although a payment of $500.00 was posted to the account on July 25, 2017, an outstanding balance of $57.95 remains.    Payment of a charged-off account does not change the previous report reflecting the manner in which the account was paid. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate the request to alter the trade line. However, if Mr. C[redacted] wishes to pay the outstanding balance, we will report the account as charged-off, paid in full.     If there are any additional questions or concerns regarding this account or the enclosed information, please contact our office directly at [redacted] for assistance. [redacted]: This letter is in response to your letter dated December 19, 2017, in regards to a complaint submitted by [redacted]. Our credit card agreement advises that payments must be processed to accounts by 5:00 p.m., ET on or before the due date. [redacted] made his payment after the cutoff time, and therefore a late fee in the amount of $25.00 was assessed to [redacted]' account. The late fee assessment is automated, and therefore, we are unable to stop a late payment fee from being added to the account once the cutoff time is missed. However, because of [redacted]' difficulties in making his payment, we have agreed, as a goodwill gesture, to process a $25.00 late fee credit to [redacted]' account, which will reflect on his upcoming December billing statement. Please be advised that [redacted] will be responsible for future fees and this will be the final adjustment made to his account. In regards to [redacted]' claim regarding the service at his local [redacted] Complete Auto Care store, he may contact the [redacted] Tire and Service Centers' Consumer Affairs Department for product and service complaints at the address below:  Bridgestone Retail Operations PO Box 6397 Bloomingdale, IL 60108 Phone: 800-367-3872 We appreciate this opportunity to be of service. Sincerely, Amanda C[redacted]Customer Service
