This is a reasonable and perfectly acceptable resolution

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
The customer service specialist obviously does not know the meaning of customer centricity or refuses to see the customer issue as important The fact that she mentioned late fee removals from proves my point A courtesy removal from years ago has nothing to do with what this complaint was about But since she opened the door, I will step in The times when I have called for a courtesy removal of late fees, it was NEVER more than a day late Absolutely NEVER She acts if as if I was repeatedly paying late ever month If they review my payment history, they would see that I'm a customer who ALWAYS pays more than the minimum due Several times paying my entire balance in full I will continue to escalate this issue to the office of the president and make sure I post to every source of social media possible I will not be labeled as a bad customer because of some customer service representative's assessment We are talking about a total of $ Does this company seriously want that kind of reputation for something so small You would think I was asking them to waive my balance I pay my bills and I have excellent credit Otherwise why would have extended me their credit card? I cannot believe their response I'm shaking my head literally because I know what type of company I'm dealing with I thought they were better but now I know different

Regards,
*** *** I reject the offer. My payments were not late-- my statement due date says the 3rd so I was not late on my payment I sometimes make paymentsto ***, ***"s, ***, *** and *** *** on their due dates and there's no problem or late fee charge. This is just an excuse for Firestone or their bank to extort extra money from customers As of this day I'm going to shred their card-- I want nothing more to do with them but I will not pay their late fees. Thank you, *** ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
(a) The repsondent from CFNA completely failed to address the fact that they tell you that you can payoff within months, they do not tell you that you have to make certain payments each month that they will inform you of on a monthly basisSo that even if you owed $and you paid $day (which is effectively what I did) they would charge you fees and interest on the $in month if you didn't make a payment in month that they determinedAll they tell you is pay it off within months!!!! (b) I thought that my payment of $1k meant that I had the required month period to make the payment in full and this is how it was SOLD to me. (c) MOST IMPORTANTLY: The CFNA respondent failed to address the fact that I had CALLED months before they started to add this charge to complain about the initial $charge and told them not to charge me until this had been resolvedThey ignored this and kept on charging fees! Who does that??????? This representative has the recordings where their representative told me that somehow it was my fault for not calling back again!!!!(d) They charged me an effective rate of 800%They lifted a $debt to over $then reported it as a "CHARGEOFF" ruining my credit and then the respondent has the audacity to call this accurate reporting(e) The "signature: they provided is (1) NOT a document signature (2) DOES NOT RESEMBLE MY SIGNATURE IN THE LEAST (3) and my signature does not appear on the separate document attached(4) Please review the INADEQUATE signature document provided by the representativeThis is a classic UNFAIR AND MISLEADING business practiceThe approach is however consistent with a company that in a loosely veiled attempt at usury, quadruples a debt obligation in months. (f) I have refrained at this stage filing a full report of the entire practice and experience with CFNA and its individual representatives, with the Secretary of State of Ohio and other states as well as other government agencies for full investigationIt is one of the most misleading consumer experiences I have been tricked intoNeedless to say, I am not alone in these thoughts and as a base test of reasonableness I am happy to provide experiences of others that are similar since these experiences are well documented online

CFNA Did unlock my account AFTER my Complaint was filed (up until now the message that was displayed stated the account was locked and to try again in hours)However in RETALIATION for filing the Complaint they IMMEDIATELY posted NEGATIVE STATEMENTS to my Credit Reports and placed my Account into COLLECTIONSSince I have now been able to access the Account I have PAID THE BILL IN FULL, confirmation number is: ***. At this time I want this account CLOSEDAny and ALL NEGATIVE credit Reports removed from all major Credit Report Agencies and the Account to show as paid in full (as soon as payment clears)The fact that this company would pretend to be interested in resolving this problem while at the same time attacking my Credit for reporting their actions is ABHORRENT to say the leastOnce CFNA has done as asked I will consider this matter closedThank You
